    how to make injection molding machine
    how to make plastic injection molding machine
    In this video i demonstrated how to melt plastic at home and how to mold that plastic into a good shape by using locally available materials
    In order to melt plastic you need a container where you will put your plastics and a source of heat, also you will need to cover your equipment during the melting process in order to prevent air from reaching your melted plastic as this may cause oxidation of the plastics and in later case you will end up with plastics of low quality
    But this video was quick demonstration to show you how to recycle plastics waste by melting them and molding them into a simple round shape

    Toxic fumes can be quite dangerous depending from wich kind of plastic is melted and if is painted. Wear a mask and do that in well ventilated place, also avoid mixing different kind of plasic and ofk be careful to wear thermal protection to avoid 3rd degree burns. Ofk you all are free to test your luck like the guy inthe video👍

    That was a reasonable effort. You need to compress the plastic while cooling as HDPE will; warp. I subscribed to see what you will make next.

    For anyone who is trying this, PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Hot melted plastic can really burn your skin, and can cause minor skin irritation and issues. Remember to be safe 🙂

    • @skandababy
      @skandababy Год назад

      @@rickm95 the alternative is death if you breathe the wrong fumes, heed the warning instead of missing the point altogether. You should NEVER heat plastic this way, and at least have a thermometer to check the temp, thi9s plastic should never be heated more that 177 def C. Also, that's why the plastic is degraded and becomes more fragile and much less durable, temps above the recommended temperature damages the plastic at a molecular lever... it's related to the very fumes mentioned in this comment. Uncontrolled temps will damage the plastic AND your health... that is the alternative.
