The emotion is Academy Award nomination material. When the diamond meter beeped, it was as exciting as seeing the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park for the first time.
Just got the end! You are such a humble good guy. 99% not stolen by the way they are packaged, with certificates from GIA. 1% stolen if they were stolen from another jewelry store. That's how stones are stored till a customer designs a ring or pendant or earrings. I bet the SD cards holds digital copies of the certificates. The GIA website lets you run your own serials, i posted above, so i wouldn't have even involved the "authorities". When a GIA serialized stone is stolen the first thing the owner/insurance/etc do is report it to GIA and they flag it. Great video. I even had a tear at the end. Congrats again. E
Wouldn’t the owner of the Jewellery Store, have reported everything in his store as stolen, when his wife changed all of his locks and had the combinations of the safes changed? The Locksmith, supposedly gave her the new combinations? On that point, why would Safecrackerbot have had to crack the safes, if he bought it from his (soon to be) ex-wife?
Nice man. This is a Jeweller's Safe in that it was owned by a jeweller. It is instantly visible as not being rated what is typical for jewellery storage. Still, adventure. Once helped to move a container after a staff member had dropped a diamond behind -- or so they said. It was there. Move the box back. The store then taped a folded manila file to the top so another could not go behind.
I was just as shocked and mind blown as you were. talk about an ultimate dream come true. but like you said, you legally bought the safe, and whatever is in it is legally yours, I agree totally, and you should keep them. YOU LUCKY SOME BEACH CONGRATULATIONS ! 🎉🎉🤯🤯🤯🤯🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑

Sorry for all the comments but I comment as I see stuff and pause the video. Lol. So the Mois-Dia tester is a Moissanite and diamond tester. Moissanite is a lab created diamond-like stone. It generally has more fire or brilliance than a diamond. The unfortunate thing is the testers on the market, including the 2 you have (I own the black one), can't discern between the 2 stones. Disclaimer: I am no way saying your stones are Moissanite! Especially since you found the GIA paper work. Completely badass find!!! I was actually going to comment after you wrapped up the first part of the video but was glad to see it went on. I was gonna say that bench in the bottom of the safe, unless full of concrete, doesn't belong there. But like I said I was so happy to see that video continued. And when I made my first comment I seen other commenters mentioning diamonds so I got triple excited for you!! Keep up the awesome videos! E
Many variables affect a diamonds worth, mostly cut, clarity, color and carat. A 5.3 carat round diamond can range from over $20,000 to over $450,000. Wish we could see his GIA certificate, which has that info, then we could get a better value range. He could easily have become a millionaire with this find. That said, the two 5 carat diamonds, at a glance, from a video, seem to have a lot of yellow & brown color which is not desirable. In fact all 4 in the last case look like they have lots of color. The smaller ones seem to have less color & the big diamond in the ring appears to have inclusions (black/gray lines).
you can look up the GIA report online since the whole numbers are visible. the 5.01ct was submitted April 17 2015, it is rated G for color grade, VVS1 for Clarity and VG for cut. The 5.30 was graded April 23 2015, Color Grade D, Clarity VS2, Cut Grade Excellent. Polish AND Symmetry Excellent
WOW i just got to the part where you opened the second plastic case! I would say you just hit a $25k day! Easily! If not more! Color and clarity are the most important factors. Like VVS clarity and D color are top stones. WOW i am so happy for you! I work from home and watch, on average, 3 hours of RUclips a day. This is now my most favorite video!! Congratulations! E

I agree with the other poster, slim down the chit chat and edit some of the, well, less thrilling moments. I did enjoy the video, in spite of this issue. Now go pay off your home with the proceeds from the sale of the 5 ct. Those diamonds 💎 are top notch! Look at the amazing reflection on any of them!
Loved the video! I really need to know, did you get the diamonds back. All the GIA graded G-VVS1 5ct diamonds I see online are over $220k each so looks like you have half a million in loose diamonds in those two, not counting the other 9 which is probably another $55k-80k
I have a 1924 acme safe i restored. I received it door open, combination unknown. I worked out the combo and it seemed unusual because the combination starts turning right, then left, then right again. When you hit the last number you must rotate lest and the paws that are dropped into the gates will catch and rotate a bar that will release the lock handle. It seems that safe works similar.
The hidden safe is for robberies. If he is robbed and made to open the main safe they only get what he allows visible. Hence the costume jewelry. I would still check those stones. The little safe is the actual main safe, in a fake safe.
You have the stones with documentation. I don’t see how they could be considered stolen. Looks like you have Christmas, anniversary and birthday covered for the next couple years.
I’m just surprised they were putting junk in the safe because it would not make sense if it was just junk and I have thought I had junk but it wasn’t when I had a closer inspection and they don’t always have marks on good qualityjulurt so I’m guessing it was a gold mine

You have the GIA reports on them they aren't stolen I would think. They were probably he's stash for a rainy day fund. Or maybe for special projects. Maybe the 17 year old on SD Card. Either way let us know.
Actually, full list is 307K. A jeweler would probably sell a stone like that at 15-20% less but unfortunately with lab made stones a rock like that is a hard sale. Regardless he prob has 400k in diamonds if he sells them well. That's an awesome score {if it's not staged}. I don't care how rich the wife is, you don't leave that much on the table.
@@Joseph-p2h actually, the best was a couple months ago. But I havent posted the video as I'm waiting for official word on if it's real. Hopefully I'll be able to post over christmas
Lol I have 30 family almost 50yrs this is so fake..... been opening vaults and containers all over the state for ever. Can't believe people fall for this movie waste of time
Costume jewelry can be just as valuable as fine jewelry. If the coatume jewelry is vintage then use that loupe and see what brands they are. And then, call Dr Lori!!!
Not sure I'm buying this. The wife didn't know about the diamonds and the husband didn't try to get them back? People don't leave things this valuable in safes in storage units that they sell to strangers. Now you've made yourself a target of burglars who know you have these valuables and can dox you. This whole thing smells either fake or very stupid.
Well, the husband seemed to be a piece of work. Im sure he hid other things fromt her. Not worried about burglars. Unless they want to rob the bank with my security deposit box.
I kept shouting at screen why did he not check that big box on bottom inside safe. Having blown open many Tango's safes to gain entry for phones computer hard drives etc.
Jeweler's safe? It was owned by a jeweler, but it's just an old fire resistive safe. 850 pounds? The door on an ISM can weigh more than that. Just watched a few minutes.
You seem to be getting a little too emotional, I mean you found some nice jewelry but who knows what the value of it is. I don't think jeweler was hiding anything he just had a safe within a safe, if you've ever dealt with any high-end people that deal with Rolex watches and stuff like that This is quite common. I would advise you to keep quiet You bought the safe what's in the safe is yours who's going to know that there was a diamond ring or whatever I mean unless it's got a serial number and somebody knows what that serial number is stay quiet keep your reward and do with it as you may.

It's nice to see you open them , but please dont drag it out so lonnnnnnnnnnggg😊
Yes. This one was too long. Got caught up in the story. No more long ones
You have the paperwork so they cant be stollen?
@@daniellenraymonds972 well, someone could have stolen the stones and paperwork. But they all were checked and none reported stolen.
If she changed the combos, then sold you the safe; she had the combo and you should too. Why do you have to manipulate ?
She lost the combo after she took what she wanted. . I bought it locked with no combo as most all the safes I buy.
What is your best find ever that you got to keep
@@Joseph-p2h actually, the best was a couple months ago. But I havent posted the video as I'm waiting for official word on if it's real. Hopefully I'll be able to post over christmas
Hey, the fence is what drops, not the gate. The fence drops into the gate. (40 year safeman)
Lol I have 30 family almost 50yrs this is so fake..... been opening vaults and containers all over the state for ever. Can't believe people fall for this movie waste of time
Good afternoon, what's the average cost to open a safe?
@@stevenwilliams1423 most locksmiths won't even try and manipulate one. They just drill it and move on. For those that do manipulate, $500-$800
We have an old safe in our wall that is locked with no combo. Come help with it......
@stevenwilliams1423 email me. Contact@scobieworks.com
What did u pay for the safe? Out of curiosity
How much was that worth
big boy diamonds
OVERACTING, OVER DRAMATIC.
Costume jewelry can be just as valuable as fine jewelry. If the coatume jewelry is vintage then use that loupe and see what brands they are. And then, call Dr Lori!!!
So just out of curiosity, how much was it all worth
@@David-qg8xd sorry, not able to post the appraisal amounts.
@safecrackerbot9742 are you able to give a ballpark estimate of the value?
Good job
Well done
Stolen?!?! Why would you think that?!?! It Belonged to a jewelers right?? The more i watch your videos the more i think its a little suspect.
Why be so dramatic. They are nice diamonds. You should be an actor!
I kept shouting at screen why did he not check that big box on bottom inside safe. Having blown open many Tango's safes to gain entry for phones computer hard drives etc.
Lol
Diamond hardness tester
Jeweler's safe? It was owned by a jeweler, but it's just an old fire resistive safe. 850 pounds? The door on an ISM can weigh more than that. Just watched a few minutes.
Probably more. I didnt weight it. Just a guess. But it was very large. Thanks
Что за аппарат?
Can you ask in english sir? I'd be happy to answer.
Do not sell them. Trade them for gold but not cash
