- Makita XSR01PT 18V X2 LXT Lithium-Ion (36V) Brushless Cordless Rear Handle 7-1/4" Circular Saw Kit (5.0Ah)
This is the most powerful cordless circular saw that I've ever used. Enjoy!

These are very nice saws! Thanks for sharing!
Very cool.
When your hands were holding the log in front of the blade, I thought of how fast that blade brake worked and I think it's actually pretty safe. That thing stopped without any material around it pretty much immediately.
I have a Makita worm drive that I've used for almost 20 years, and I bought this 36v a few weeks ago, I gotta tell you this thing is the bee's knees!!!!!
I have all Milwaukee stuff and still pulled the trigger on this makita bs it’s left line of sight and it seems to be the best built one out of all of the brands
It's heavier than my DeWalt forsure, but the dual battery makes up for it. The dual charger is a huge plus. It's such an awesome price considering it comes with two 5aH and a dual speed charger.
Dang Brother that thing has all the bells and whistles looks little Beefier than the other saw good lord that thing is a Beast good cutter !
Plumpy E I still like the brushless six and a half inch Makita Model xsh03z, but this one cuts deeper and tons of power
Thank you- great info on a great saw.
+Tina Gallagher Thank you!
It doesn't matter if you can't see the battery charge indicator because there's a seperate set of lights on top.
True! Plus the saw runs all day!
Enjoy it, I love getting new gear, new knives and new tools. Be Blessed Brother.
WarGrrl3 thank you! This is an excellent saw!

Sounds damn near like corded saw indeed, nice vomes with both 5 amp batts, and best part didnt break right off bat lol. Sweet
Bearded Seabee 82 I've use the hell out of this saw and it hasn't broke yet! lol
This is my favorite saw I only use makita tools and I’ve got all the top of the line brushless cordless pro models not the Home Depot bs from makita and yea man this 36 volt rear handle and the single battery 18volt 61/2 inch saw is all I ever use anymore between those two I can do anything I need to unless of course I’m cutting a lot of really big lumber in which case I pull out the corded makita beam saw I’d like to think one day they will be able to make the beam saw cordless too
I just recently bought this saw and the reciprocating and I love them. I use DeWalt for the most part but love Makita tools as well.
I’ve had one for about a year and it’s a boss but have you or anyone found a blade wrench spot on the saw? I can’t find any mention of it through makita.
have this saw and it's awesome
I just picked up the XSH06 and it's awesome too but I really like the blade left design better
coolness!!! maybe that charger can juice up your other Makita batteries?
Kaylynn Strain thank you for stopping by sista. All the charger does is charge them faster than a normal charger. This is a very good saw little bit heavy but powerful
Damn! Bad ass!!
They now have the new version of the XHO1 which is brushless has 6000 rpm has a light, they also claim it rips faster than the saw you have in this video, sells for about $349 as a kit.
where's the dust shoot on it?, does it dump it out to the left like most saws?
John Doe out dumps out the back of the blade guard
JIUJITSU2000 thanks I'm left handed and most of these saws give me a mouthful of sawdust
😊👍👍👍 Обзор Ok, хотя не чего не понял.

OK anyone wondering if this saw is worth buying, stop 2nd guessing this saw , I own 3 personally and 4 of my employees have also purchased their own, I'm not exaggerating this saw in my opinion is better than every corded saw I own and I have 14 corded saws, skill, bosch, milwaukee, dewalt and 1 makita hypoid, I haven't used any of my other saws as soon as there was enough of these saws on our jobsite, I did do a few modifications , I drilled a tiny hole in the safety thumb button and slid a 7/16 crown staple into the hole then clipped off any extra material this allows us to use this saw in any position, 1 more thing any of you crazy framers out there that reverse cut into lumber ie. backing the saw into the wood on a bevel , and have maybe experienced that extremely dangerous kick back from inserting into the wood to fast or the wood shifting, this saw can do those reverse cuts easily, the power is amazing, the blade brake is weird the first day you use it but becomes a godsend, we pin our guards most of the time ( also a modification we do to all saws is drill through the blade guard near the BL logo high enough to miss the blade by 1/4 inch and insert an 8 penny galvanized nail into the hole bend it over on the back side and it slides back and forth about 3/8's of an inch to allow for a secure guard pin and release) my stress of my guys pinning guards and cutting then lowering the saw to a table floor or near their leg or whatever has nearly disappeared because of the quick blade brake absolutely love that feature, 1 last modification I did to better the saw was I used a small triangle file and put every 1 degree increments on the bevel gauge , it took 15 minutes to do this on each saw but increased the accuracy of bevel cuts for my apprentice carpenters. If you use worm drive saws buy this saw you will love it. 1 draw back, yep there is 1. the retractable saw guard is not magnesium and is fragile 1 of my saws took a 6ft drop and it bent and cracked the guard at the arbor point, I firmly grasped the guard and forced it straight again and haven't had a problem with it but I know if that saw gets dropped too many more times that guard is gonna break, I have some saws that have withstood 20 ft drops this saw I don't think would survive that abuse but time will tell, , also my 8 employees have been using these saws for 8 months now and my profit on projects has gone up absolutely a game changer.
why in the HELL are you cutting rough firewood with a damn skill saw man ? for gods sake they make 4x4 and 6x6 if you want big wood. unreal.....very dangerous.......
the hog It’s a saw, and it’s wood. No one died.
glad he did, now i’m buying one ..
thanks
