What size sockets did you use for small and large bearing placement?

I don't remember unfortunately but it wasn't anything out of the ordinary and something easily available.

Do you have a thin washer that goes between the back of the spindle and the hub itself?

Anyone know what size socket those own lugs are?

I'm not sure, I dont have the LTZ any more. I'd say they are metric, probably 17mm-20mm range if I were to guess.
