I then shake it again and drink it over the course of about 15-20 minutes, finishing it right before I go in the gym. I usually feel it kick in about 5 minutes after being in the gym. It gives me a great pump and gets my muscles pumping blood. I can definitely tell that I hit more reps and more weight after using it. And the cherry limeade tastes great!

Your customers chose your product because we're slightly more discerning than your average meatheads and appreciate your thoughtful insights. I absolutely love Pre-Jym! It's best-in-class by a mile. I'm not sold on your other stuff yet but always enjoy your writing. Cheers!

Although I do think the pushing of that post workout window for protein is vastly overrated, most experienced gym goers know you have some time to get it in and maximize recovery. I do, however, agree about the need to take post jym and dextrose immediately, from experience I do feel better after a workout then I used to. Good supps, big fan.
That is a little different than I do it. I like to take my projym pre and post and drink water between. I also haven't been waiting long enough before downing the post jym. I'll shake it for a longer time now. Great stuff doc!

I have Pre, Post & Pro- I could swear on the directions on Pre Jym, it states mix with 14 oz. of water, on Pro, it says mix with 6 oz of water & PostJYM says mix with 12oz- I assume these are wrong- you may want to change the directions on the packets. I also down the 14oz of PreJym as soon as I wake, as I work out first thing in the morning- I didn't know about sipping PreJYM- I thought you downed it all at once- please advise- I love the products, just want to ensure I'm taking them correctly- thanks!
I actually just mix all of the supplements into an office water machine jug custom fit with a shoulder strap and I start drinking about an hour before my workout and finish it all off after about an hour after my workout. At first I felt silly carrying it around while I work out, but gainz ya know.
I remember reading somewhere that some benefit has been found to having a steady supply of protein before, during, and after - so maybe I'm thinking since I usually make so many trips to the water fountain, I may as well do like you and drink something tasty and useful while I'm there.

I tried this regimen 4 days now and everyday I got nauseous. A few observations: 1. That's a large volume of liquid over a relatively short amount of time. 2. A lot of different ingredients over a short time 3. 50 g of protein intraworkout seems extreme since your blood supply is being redirected during your workout to aid in digestion. 4.i was nauseous at the end of each workout and it was hard to slug down the big volume of post Jym and dextrose. Any comments on how to reconfigure this regimen other than use less water? Do you really need protein and post workout recovery drink one one after the other? Possibly take 1/2 the protein before workout and the other half immediately after, then hold off on the post for an hour or so?
I'm taking the full stack right now from bodybuilding.com, the results are fantastic, the taste on the other hand, is definitely not something to brag about
Thanks for this Doc. Probably explains why I would get nauseous on PreJym, I was using a standard size Blender Bottle and chugging it. Odd this is PostJym never did that to me.
Silman Saleem Ok. Supplements have very little impact overall to body composition, strength, conditioning, training, endurance, etc. Maybe a 2-5% impact if you take supplements that actually work. And I mean aas and to a much lesser degree creatine, not over priced JYM garbage. Focus on nutrition. Levels of importance 1. lifestyle, energy balance 2. macronutrients 3. micronutrients 4. meal timing and a distant 5. supplements. Biggest impact is nailing #1 and #2. JYM usually bans anyone revealing this information since it does not help him get richer off of scamming blokes like you but I dont care its solid info. Find maintenance calories by multiplying your weight x 10, then an energy multiplier of 1.3 - 2 depending on your daily activity level (I go with 1.3 - 1.4 since I sit around a lot coaching others and relaxing, I dont work a strenuous job like construction). so a 200lb male x 10 = 2000 cals then x 1.3 is 2600cals. Adjust for your own weight. Now that we found your maintenance, increase cals by 500 to gain, or decrease by 500 to lose, and this is a decent starting point. Eating around 1gram protein per pound of bodyweight. Fats around 60-80. More specifically about 40% of your calories should come from protein, 20-30% from fats and the rest carbs. None of this is set in stone, find what works best for you, but its a good starting point, with higher protein when cutting, can drop lower to 30% while bulking. Cutting I encourage my athletes to consume foods with more "bulk" that are less calorically dense, and bulking raise fats and carbs, shoot for 1lb gain per week, but avoid dirty bulking since it will just make cutting that much longer and harder. Next micronutrients, you always want to eat a few sevings of fruits and veggies daily and take a multivitamin as "insurance". Wont do much for training but helps with micros. Meal timing doesnt truly matter as much as hitting daily calories/macros. But all of this is much more important than supplementation, but JYM doesnt want you to know that. What else would you like to know?

+eatdahl You are not supposed to take these for months and months. Take them for a month and take a break from the stuff but keep working out. Yeah you will feel weaker but once you get used to it and go back on it thats when you get results.
Excellent video. I take your pre, post, pro, dextrose, shred and alpha products with great success. I just watched this (have watched several others over the past 2 weeks). I adhere to IF and train in a fasted state mid day. I'm unable to take digest the pro protein during work outs. Thus, would you recommend taking the Pro Protein + Dextrose immediately after working out and THEN the Post or the Post + Dextrose immediately after working out and then the Pro Protein

And Pro maybe you can add half a scoop during and rest of it much after you're done with Post or have the Pro after you're done with Pre and Post/dextrose.. I hope that's not confusing but just know your body and play around a bit after you've read your body response well.. But IMHO , don't fidget with Pre and Post - have them right before and after your workout.. as it's intended to be.. it's just the Pro you gotta have to play around with.. my 4Lbs stack arrives today I guess 😊🤘🏼🤘🏼

I love his products. I always use PreJym ProJym and PostJym. I get a great workout and recover very quickly which is most important. My only complaint is the dextrose. Mixing that with the Active Matrix makes the drink very very sweet and I have a sweet tooth. The instructions in the vid is good but when applied, you may have a full belly of liquid and it can affect the workout. I generally just have PreJym b4 workouts and ProJym or PostJym after. Not both right away.

I do plan on getting pre and pro jym to have a complete system to help build mass. Also is it better to mix the pro jym in water or fat free milk or skim milk.
for someone like me, I can't spend (if I heard him right he said he lets it sit for 50 mintues) 2 hours on pre workout. I love prejym, flavor is amazing, but one thing I do notice is I never got a serious pump with it. By far it is the cleanest energy I got out of all pre workouts, no rush and no crash and clear focus, but the muscle pump IMO is key and prejym does not offer that. Projym, absolutely works. Ever since using it I can feel my muscles are more dense now and appear to be fuller. Never tried postjym or any other products because that's just a waste
None of these products have anything major which reduces cortisol postworkout. Can you add vitamin C, or zinc, why no phosphatidylserine? I know its expensive but why won't you add it...

Ah interesting been using the PRO jym before bed and between meals. Didnt realize i could use it on top of my pre and post workout as well before and after working out.
The ingredient profile is actually very good, but this stuff doesn't work for me. I workout at 5am and when I take pre-jym I get some really bad cramps for most of the morning. Not sure if it's the 300 mg of caffeine or something else. Even mixing it with 24 oz of water it still wrecks me. I haven't had this issue with Clash, which is also has a great profile.

Back load your carbs. Fast in the morning. 5 egg omlet at lunch. Coconut oil or can of tuna at 3:30. Workout at 5, 50 grams of dextrose /creatine /and bcaa post. 3 chicken breasts(any meat) and potatos for dinner, cottage cheese/ whey towards bed
Man no matter what you are gonna get the shits putting that much stuff in you. If this works and I feel stronger and look stronger it's worth it but still thats a lot of fluid to put in your body in a matter of a few hours or so depending on workout.
Ok. 6 foot, 160ish pounds. (That was 120 pounds a few years ago). Not a fan of preworkouts. Just post BCAA, CREATINE, and protein. I'll give you a shot here. See if I like it. Where do I find prices?

i only use the dextrose and i just put half a scoop in my mouth drink some water and then repeat for the last half

I love prejym, flavor is amazing, but one thing I do notice is I never got a serious pump with it. By far it is the cleanest energy I got out of all pre workouts, no rush and no crash and clear focus, but the muscle pump IMO is key and prejym does not offer that. Projym, absolutely works. Ever since using it I can feel my muscles are more dense now and appear to be fuller. Never tried postjym or any other products because that's just a waste

None of these products have anything major which reduces cortisol postworkout. Can you add vitamin C, or zinc, why no phosphatidylserine? I know its expensive but why won't you add it...

Hello, I exercise in the morning while i'm fasting. My question is, will Pre Jym take me out of my fast if I take it in the morning before my workout?
Absolutely
The ingredient profile is actually very good, but this stuff doesn't work for me. I workout at 5am and when I take pre-jym I get some really bad cramps for most of the morning. Not sure if it's the 300 mg of caffeine or something else. Even mixing it with 24 oz of water it still wrecks me. I haven't had this issue with Clash, which is also has a great profile.
you're probably in a dehydrated state, wake up earlier and drink some water. 15-30 minutes should do it.

It's the most important carb of the day. Make it a priority.
Back load your carbs. Fast in the morning. 5 egg omlet at lunch. Coconut oil or can of tuna at 3:30. Workout at 5, 50 grams of dextrose /creatine /and bcaa post. 3 chicken breasts(any meat) and potatos for dinner, cottage cheese/ whey towards bed
If you're not a hardgainer, it will.
Man no matter what you are gonna get the shits putting that much stuff in you. If this works and I feel stronger and look stronger it's worth it but still thats a lot of fluid to put in your body in a matter of a few hours or so depending on workout.
