@@ayush9791 don’t sound like jealousy. Adele blew her voice on tour and has admitted she’s not a technical singer. It’s just as simple as she rested and sounds amazing. Not every singer is at 1000% every single time and you’d be a fool to think so
She says she may never sing this live sadly as it makes her cry, she said it made her cry when she wrote it! I like I drink wine, hold on & easy on me currently. But this is my fav.
AHHHHHH i'm so excited you reacted to this. I wish her mic was better to really appreciate the high notes, but I honestly think this is better than the studio version. It may be the only time we hear her sing this live, she said it's too emotional for her to perform.
The way she switches from hitting the note and just singing below it ( in a good way ) is so musically amazing. Also the variation in timing. It's not just agility or technique but pure emotion.
I was waiting on this!! This album 30 is her best vocally. She sounds great. This is the best she has ever sounded. This live is better then the studio version. Beautiful.
Exactly. I Das a bit worried she was losing her voice after I heard her in a concert a couple of years ago. When Hello came out is was a bit reassured. But with this song...she has shown that she has never been better. Although I must say I liked her voice very much on her first album too.
My current fav on the album, and the fact that she sang it live....like this!....The fact that her vocals have improved technically even more, the runs are crisper, the transitions easier, and the high mix more effortless. Come on!
First of all, I’m a fan - love your knowledge about singing and most of all your passion and ability to be in the absolute moment of listening. When it comes to this listening and review of Adele’s laptop recording of To be Loved, I’m amazed that you do not seem to know how the dynamics of truly big voices are difficult to record, and that modern microphoning of big voices always compress the volume into what the industry has decided is smooth enough to please - lifting the lower notes, and compressing the higher notes into a much tighter leveling of sound. What is happening in this laptop recording may be an overload of the recieving laptop’s microphone, but what is revealed is the true voice and talent of an already praised singer who until now has been underappreciated as to how magnificent the voice actually is technically and emotionaly. To me, a voice’s true qualities can only be judged by understanding its natural source and its true dynamics - in Adele’s case this is one of only a couple of recordings where the true size and dynamics of her voice are shown, and I am truly amazed. Just saying, and, of cause, still a fan of your channel!
That performance was incredible! I was almost bawling my eyes out. Btw. React to Christina Aguilera’s performance at the Latin Grammy’s 2021!!’ Pleaseeee
It’s an outstanding performance, simply stunning, and I agree with others saying it tops the studio one (recorded in the same room, though, as she tells us in her Apple Music interview where she goes into detail talking about this song, the heart of this album). It’s also interesting to watch her vocalize with amazing technique and ease, with all the support her huge voice requires. She herself admits in her interviews that she often gets off support in front of an audience, due to her nerves and the stage fright she has, but here there is none of the head shaking on the belted notes reach in vibrato and none of the edge or this “sand paper-ish” quality that her timbre takes on in some performances - she is in her element here, making music and delivering one of the best vocal performances of her career in such a vocally healthy way, she blew me away. The voice just floats and flows, pours out of her, so ringing and agile. I loooooove the album version too, but to me this one is infinitely better. I totally agree with what you had to say about it, Adele’s laptop mic’s overload notwithstanding lol
i hate to say i think i like this version better than the studio too. it’s actually almost more cleaned up than the studio version, but i think that’s intentional because it sounds an awful lot like the studio is a demo because she was in the moment trying to capture the raw emotion. here it’s been probably sung more and fully performance-ready. both are utterly amazing.
Felt her entire performance deep down in my gut. My god. And sir, you have to react to Wicked4Whitney - a medley mashup of songs from the musical Wicked and Whitney Houston's greatest hits - performed by an all-star vocal avengers comprised of Avery Wilson, Brooke Simpson, Candice Boyd, George Lovett, Pia Toscano, and Sheléa.
First Off, Your Haircut is Fly. I love your reaction videos, your understanding and mastery of music is on point. This Hefa Betta Sang. This is What being in LOVE SOUNDS LIKE. This is going to be the new I Will Always Love You.
Definitely my favourite on the album .....unfortunately I can't make it through singing it all without running out of breath! Lol....plus the emotion of it all doesn't help 🥺😫 .....however, I'm currently making my daughter learn it for me so hopefully I'll have a video to post soon? 🤞😏🤣
Yeah Adele voice changed a lot. That high note a few years back would’ve been raspy but that was super clear and bright. Sound like she gave up smoking completely too me(just my guess)
She had posted this on her Instagram account live streaming on her CELLPHONE / COMPUTER!!!! and from what I heard did the studio version in the same room Portland Oregon USA 🇺🇸
Y’all remember her carnival get up with the box braids? Now shes singing like this? That brotha she was dating after the divorce did something to this woman 😂
But have you bought the album and listened? I just picked it up at Target yesterday, there are some bumpers on it, not all are slow and depressing. Anyway, just saying I think it’s a great cd and like you, this isn’t my favorite song on it.
Her voice literally sounds like her soul was crying out.
The emotion in this version compared to the studio 😭💅
Well, she also sounds like she's completely breaking down on the record!
Love her emotional voice. ❤❤❤

Huh? There’s so much emotion in both. Why can men never just compliment women.

This song gets better every time I hear it. I think it’s a true masterpiece 🥺❤️
Her voice is in top form. Vocal rest has always been good for her instrument. 5 years off, and she comes back stronger each time.
@AJB3 jealous much

Genuinely think this might be one of her best performances
Best ive ever heard her sing tbh, people always sing better when they're just chilling at home
i can listen to Adele all day.. Her voice is get better and Better...like Whitney at the same age...
Stunning. Her phone mic couldn’t cope with her power. When Apple can create a phone that can cope with the talent of Adele I’ll be impressed :)
Nobody can beat the tone of Adele!
Her style has matured more soulful & more RnB!
Her voice demands you to listen. She is definetly a uniqe singer. One of the very best.
Shes still improving in her 30s
True, most female vocalist hit their prime in their late 20s and 30s since their voices become more well rounded and powerful.

To be loved, I drink wine, crying my heart out are masterpieces.
Adele has come to collect her things 💯🏆

She was singing to her laptop
I think the point of the song was its rawness. Recording on her Macbook without any special equipment delivers that message the best.
@@clarenceloie8995 I agree!
Shit it's damn near too emotional to listen to
The way she switches from hitting the note and just singing below it ( in a good way ) is so musically amazing. Also the variation in timing. It's not just agility or technique but pure emotion.
She hits all notes
This song is so beautiful, Adele is a FORCE!

the only singer who stays away for a while, and when she comes back it seems she's never gone... yes, that's his... the best voice ever...😍
