It’s just unforgivable that Lionel managed to get the paint so wrong with so many colour photos and films from the 1940’s available. The pilot truck looks so awful too. You would think that for $1800.00 USD you would have a perfect model? The TMCC version was a better model.

We have the 5454 and it’s such an incredible locomotive
I wanted one with the water scoop effect, but I knew I wouldn’t be able to run it with my curves… 😅
