@@asantefarquharson2416 the best bet, will say, definitely if you just take a walk in the old city, there are tons of bars with loud music and live bands all over in (just can't remember their names), I will say that is the best way to explore and pick . In the new modern city, stay definitely around calle Uruguay, but due to Covid a lot of the bars there were closed, some still open though. And in the new city, there are more casinos than night clubs open right now

Yeah, they Still have the curfew until 12 now..bars are coming back more... check out Habanos if you want to meet girls out the door. Others bars like Q Paso Ayer in New city and red lion in old city are lite. Make sure you get a guest friendly hotel or Airbnb. If you staying in New city, stay within the Calle Uruguay block. Just found it strange that there was no taxis as there are taxis only for the airport that are operated by the airport.
Another note for anyone considering traveling to Panama. Easter is upon us and if your primary reason for traveling is some feminine company all the young ladies go home a week or two before Easter don’t return until a week or two after Easter. Very strong Catholic country.

In Panama there are different provinces with different ethnicities some have more European genes like the people of Los Santos and Chiriqui provinces.

Stay in CALLE Uruguay area in the new Panama city, all bars and restaurants right next to you or can stay in anywhere in the old city, lot of bar through out
