Guest CK is very patient to explain his pov. I find that Chris does this for good intentions but perhaps can moderate his line of questioning instead of coming across as overly aggressive
This is so painful to watch. I really respect CK for being patient. Host intention is not clear, to educate home owners or to be outright rude to his guest.
7 years ago I used contractor..they were affordable. Now I went back to them again and I realised their quote is double the price as compared to most of the ID i approached

Somehow it seems like you’re not educated in this line of field? Very shallow depth of questions. Do lots of research instead of pulling questions out of the air and throwing it at the poor guest. Very uneducated flow of the conversation.

Very aggressive line of questioning and always cutting his guests. Lots of potential for this series to educate the average Singaporean but the interrogation style is a bit off putting
Don't like watching this series. It's a pity. It gives good information but the style of "pointed" questions makes it frustrating to watch.
