Ingredients :
75g (1/3 cup ) caster sugar (细砂糖)
40g (1/3 cup) plain flour (普通面粉)
125ml (1/2 cup) egg white(蛋白)
1/8 tsp salt (盐)
180g (1 3/4 cup) almond flakes (杏仁片)
30g (2 tbsp ) melted butter(溶化牛油)
Bake in a preheated oven at 130 °C fan forced for 20 minuets.
放入预热烤箱以130°C上下火旋风烤20分钟。

Hi again. Thanks for the recipe. My almond crispy did not turn out what i expect. It not crispy in the middle of the cookie. I follow the recipe to the T. Mine is also very flat. What is wrong. Please help.
The middle might be undercooked and may I know what you mean by flat?

Is it 1/3 or 1/4 cup of flour? Video shows 1/4 and recipe says 1/3
I tried making this today, the middle part didn't get cooked despite following the time, temperature etc. I even tried adjusting the temp. The sides were golden brown even with controlled heat the middle didnt get cooked. Nothing is sadder than taking time to make something only for it to be a fail. Will try again, maybe it was too thick. Taste quite eggy imo.. Good video tho

I have one pack whole almond . Do u think i can slice the almond using knife,
For the amount of sliced almonds you need, it would take hours to do and you're almost guaranteed to cut yourself into slices along the way too. Better just to chop them up if that's all you have on hand. It won't look the same but will taste almost exactly the same. Just try not to pile too many almonds in each cookie.

我用160℃烤了大约18分钟,13分钟时就根据颜色转烤盘的方向 ,尽量均匀,要烤到都变颜色,见不到原来的白色,放凉后就就脆了。
冷了也不脆吗?

May I know how many eggs are there to get 125ml?
I measured 3 large eggs. Sometimes need 4. Best to pour into measuring cup first.
