    Ingredients :
    1 tbsp instant coffee powder (即溶咖啡粉)
    1 tbsp boiling water (热水)
    250g butter (牛油)
    180g icing sugar(糖粉)
    1 egg(鸡蛋)
    400g plain flour (普通面粉)
    35g corn flour (玉米粉/粟粉)
    15g cocoa powder
    1 tsp baking powder (发粉/泡打粉)
    1/2 tsp salt (盐)
    200g almond flakes (杏仁片)
    Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C for 15 minutes.
    放入已预热烤箱以165°C烤15分钟。
