Chocolate Almond Cookies 巧克力杏仁酥

Ingredients :
1 tbsp instant coffee powder （即溶咖啡粉)
1 tbsp boiling water （热水）
250g butter （牛油）
180g icing sugar（糖粉）
1 egg（鸡蛋）
400g plain flour （普通面粉）
35g corn flour （玉米粉/粟粉）
15g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder （发粉/泡打粉）
1/2 tsp salt （盐）
200g almond flakes （杏仁片）
Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C for 15 minutes.
放入已预热烤箱以165°C烤15分钟。
