If a sales team should only use the check-out sheet, how would they know the total inventory on hand to sell? In other words, if the warehouse team fills the check in sheets with sku's and units, how will the sales team see the available sell through amount in the check out sheet - so that they don't under/oversell?
I'm exploring using this as an open-to-sell (excess inventory, cancelled order inventory) tracker. Items checked in would be one time inventory added by our warehouse team, for our sales team to sell against. Can we have this workflow remove line items once they've been sold?

How does one delete the demo items from the inventory master sheet? I've put all of them through check out in order to get them out, but it just turn the availabilty to 0%.
Hi there! In the master sheet itself, you shouldn't edit any of the information (this is where Sheetgo automatically brings in the info from your check-in and check-out spreadsheets). So, simply remove the sample data from your check-in and check-out sheets and replace with your own. When updating the workflow, Sheetgo will then automatically replace the sample data with your own, in the master sheet and dashboard.
so is it possible to have a spreed sheet of inventory for different(amazon,Ebay,shopify) market place > in one and all the orders from diffrent in one sheet ?

I put inventory on the check-in sheet and on the check-out sheets. Inventory check-in is working and showing up on the inventory management sheet but not the sold inventory from the check-out sheet. I have run the connection several times.
