Hi I have been looking for a basic inventory system for my business I am about to start and this is perfect for me. What I want to know is if the product is free or I would have to sign up for a subscription of some sort before I can use the features of the system you just demonstrated. Thank You!!!

The spreadsheet can be modified but you need to make sure not to brake any of the formula work that is in the sheets. We suggest you only add columns to the right. Hi there! The spreadsheets will be stored in your drive, so even if you delete Sheetgo you will still owns the spreadsheets. If you want the automation to work, you will need Sheetgo. You can use Sheetgo for free up to 99 transfers/month and you will not have the automatic scheduling feature available either. Here is our pricing page: www.sheetgo.com/pricing
@Sheetgo yes I figured it all out last night. The 99 transfers is pretty inconvenient as doing 5 days a week comes out to 100 transfers. Just enough to make you buy the service plan. Great system, but there are free apps on phones that cover all this and easier to use and more feature rich. Also more private. Thank you for responding and your efforts but this is not for me.

Can you use an actual bar code scanner with this software or only your phone? Can you print an actual barcode for a new item or does it only print a QR code? Also, what if you have multiple barcodes for the same item (from different vendors)? Is there a way that those barcodes can be read and counted as the main item?
Hey there, you can use any barcode system that can connect to a device via Bluetooth. The template provides QR codes but if you prefer barcode scanners you can also use them. You can match multiple barcodes to the same item name, so you can register an item multiple times under the exact same name. Hi You said in the video, you can use Mobile Phone browser to scan barcodes, but it only shows the Workflows, Files, Connections and views, but NOT the Forms, so it not possible to enter/scan on a mobile phone.

I tried using this. i had an query about the same. suppose i scan item A then scan Item B... after this when i scan item A again, it gets added as a new entry.. i need it to be added as one more unit quantity for item A and not one more entry.. its difficult to track that way.... Also when i scan for check out it should be deducted frm check in item to track live tock... please help me with this...

Hi Gyanne! If you're using a mobile barcode scanner app, you can't use our Sheetgo Form. Our own barcode scanner is directly implemented into our system, like you see in the video. If you want to continue using the mobile app, it's possible, you just have to link it to this particular spreadsheet. I would love if it were possible to add an extra field on the spreadsheet to add extra info, like the condition of the item. Is this possible?
