    Would you ever consider under eye filler? Have you ever gotten PRP or PRF? If so, how long did it last? Do you have issues with swelling to your under eyes from things like, salty foods, alcohol, allergies. Comment below and share your thoughts.

      I consulted my plastic surgeon (who removed my eyebags years ago) for hollowness under my eyes. He did recommend deep placement of filler in the cheek lid junction. I decided not to do it for all the reasons mentioned in this video. I prefer to use my caffeine serum, LED light mask, and other at-home treatments, and just dab a bit of concealer on special occasions.

      Getting injections every three months for three rest of one’s life? Would it not create scar tissue where the needle/canulla enters? Even if you try to inject in a slightly different area every time? I don’t want to become Death Becomes Her.

    • @NaturalInjector
      @NaturalInjector  Месяц назад +1

      @@jenxsj3902 I guess it’s possible to form a little scar tissue if you continuously got injections every 3 months but it would probably be very minimal and unnoticed. If this was an issue, I feel people would have abandoned PRP/PRF a long time ago.

    • @NaturalInjector
      @NaturalInjector  Месяц назад +1

      @@dammar117 I think deep placement of filler to the lid/cheek junction sounds like a good idea and likely, should not result in the issue I had. I believe my issue is because I had my scar injected superficially. I don’t think LED masks and serums are gonna cut it. I don’t think they can produce enough volume to the tissue.

      Hi. In the same session ? And if not, what did you have first? Or did you have bio filler? Why I’m asking is because I treat successfully just with filler, but I need mine done and I need to find someone I can trust , I love PRF and I’m also considering bio filler just for myself but my results for clients are really good with filler and never swelling after. When it comes to myself though, I need to find the right person to do mine.

    I had under eye filler for 4 years (Belotero) with zero swelling or issues but I didn’t want fillers around my eyes anymore for these reasons + it migrates. I got it dissolved and had upper & lower blepharoplasty in March with fat grafting to lid/cheeks, temples and brows.
    Worth it. It’s documented on my channel. 90 day video releasing next week.
    And yes, my eyes weren’t as bad as before filler after we dissolved it.

    I can attest that EZ PRF and PRP do not last long in the eye area. 3 months sounds about right, but it's way too expensive to repeat every 3 months. I did it 3 times, but gave it up as it didn't build up as promised and I felt like I was wasting my time.

    I got filler Summer 2020, No issues. 2021 Summer getting ready to go out, noticed a bump under eye I Had Chinese take out, figured it was salt bloat… went away for months & came back… it’s a slightly raised bump right where you have your scar, also my left eye, learned to live w/ it, flare ups wax & wane. End of spring 2023 went to Vegas, there 2 days went to bed & woke up with A severe flare up could barely open my left eye, all the filler raised to the surface like a crescent 🌙 under my eye. Contacted the Dr. that treated me years prior, talk to receptionist tell her what’s going on (I’m worried, concerned & on vacation) Receptionist relays a message from the Dr. “It’s probably allergies & it’s not filler…it’s fully dissolved by now it’s 3 years”! My jaw dropped, a highly skilled & trained Dr. not aware that filler can remain for years? I asked what to do for swelling and receptionist says it’s probably allergies… I don’t get allergies I tell her. She gives me no remedy so I do nothing. A 2 days later her office calls to come in for a visit , but kept reiterating that it’s not a filler issue because it’s dissolved…it’s allergies. I never went back! Next month will be 4 years & the bump is there. I plan on dissolving it as soon as I find someone I can trust. Also, had filler once prior in 2012.

I haven't gotten tear trough filler, mainly because I'd say I'm a mild to moderate candidate so I'm not overly concerned about mine yet, but also because I'm worried of complications years later, even though I'm not considered under those who are not good candidates.

      Glad you love the details! I don’t know if anyone is doing skin boosters, like Skinvive around the eyes because of the issue that I mentioned that happened to me. Hyaluronic acid around the eyes should be injected deeply because the skin is very thin to this area so you don’t want to risk getting swelling like I did, likely from superficial injections. However, in other countries outside the US, they have access to different types of skin boosters that are more of a straight liquid. Those can be used around the eyes.

    Emily- I was wondering if you use Skinvive (HA micro droplets) by Juvéderm, and what you think about it for the lateral tear trough area? I saw Lisa Rinna getting it, but I wonder if it could result in unevenness or bumpy skin? Should HA filler be injected more deeply? I need more volume in my lateral eye/cheek juncture and have been wondering what to do for it? You look great!!

    • @NaturalInjector

      Thanks! Great questions. I’m actually going to do my next video on this exact issue with Lisa Rinna. Hyaluronic acid filler should be injected to the tear troughs, whether it be the medial or lateral area (palpelomalar grove) deeply. Skinvive used as a skin booster is injected mroe superficially into the dermis. You may be able to use Skinvive here, but the provider should inject deeply. Lisa got injected into her medial cheeks. I am going to try chemical peels and very shallow microneedling for my under eyes. I have just bought the first mild chem peels. You need to start with the low strength milder chem peels before you gradually move up to the stronger ones. That will take months. Summer is otherwise not a good time to use chem peels. I always use sunscreen and stay out of the sun as much as possible. So I think I will be fine with the milder chem peels until autumn. The microneedling might increase collagen and make the skin thicker and less crepey. It's important to not needle too deep since the skin is so thin. Platinum Skin Care here on YT recommends TCA 7% for the under eyes. 🙂

    • @NaturalInjector
      @NaturalInjector  29 дней назад +2

      Thanks for sharing your story. I love chemical peels. I think they can help make the skin surface look smoother and the one I used targets hyperpigmentation more so than other peels. I think microneedling may help the appearance of crepey skin and stimulate collagen on a very superficial level, but for people who have under eye hollows, neither chemical peels or microneedling would help stimulate enough collagen to where it would help raise the level of sunken skin.

    I had undereye filler about 10 years ago and last year suddenly developed a lump under my left eye. It doesn't look swollen, it's just.....a lump. My undereye area looks uneven and bumpy now, but also only the one eye. I don't want to have it dissolved as a friend had hers dissolved and ended up with two holes in her face where they injected the hyuloronidase. I've read similar horror stories and although it seems to happen to very few people I just know I'd be one of them, so I'm stuck with the lump I guess.

    • @NaturalInjector
      @NaturalInjector  23 дня назад

      Thank you for sharing your story. I think if you dissolved filler, after having it for 10 years, you would have to understand that your skin has aged and will look different if you do dissolve it and that does not mean the filler dissolver was the cause. I don’t think dissolving causes permanent damage to tissue. As we get older the skin to the under eye thins and we develop more topographical irregularities.

    • @santanacaipirinha9536
      @santanacaipirinha9536 22 дня назад +1

      @@NaturalInjector Well, yes and no. It does seem like people who experience the most changes after dissolving are usually people who've had multiple filler treatments over the course of many years. However, there are still a lot of unknowns and several very highly regarded doctors in the injectables field have said dissolving can be very unpredictable. One stated he believed filler could be causing the atrophy of connective tissues that is only "unmasked" when it is dissolved. There has only been one study on the effects as there is no incentive within the industry to fund any studies; it's already being widely used off-label. In any case, my friend only had unedereye filler for a few months when she had it dissolved because it didn't look right. She now has two very big dents, craters almost, in her face where the hyaluronidase was injected. That can't be attributed to natural aging and it was done by one of the country's top injectors. I know most people don't experience any of these issues after dissolving so I'm not trying to fearmonger, I'm just saying it has made me wary of dissolving so far because I've already had some bad results from varying treatments, making me extra cautious. There was a very interesting article done on hyaluronidase in 2022 by Australian Broadcasting Corporation. It's on their website if you're interested.
