Appreciation Post I would like to thank each and every one of you for taking time out to share encouraging words and prayers. It means so much to me & I really appreciate. Thank you 🙏🏽
You can never go back to who you were!! You are a new person, you have evolved into a new beautiful mother!! Yes your body may go back, but it took 9 months for body to grow the baby so be kind to your body. You need to eat to feed your baby! Kosy seek God and He will comfort your ❤and make your journey clear so you can see what to do and when to do it. Blessings to you and your family!
Few months ago I was down with depression to an extent when am walking down the road I will be talking to myself. I prayed, always wet my pillow with tears…huh. This abroad life no easy 😢 God really showed up for me and my family, protocols was broken for my husband’s sake God blessed him with a good job in his field and a visa sponsorship….He’s a miracle worker🙌 he will surely come through for your family just hold onto him, if you pray once in a day increase it to twice with Isaiah 43:19 and watch what God will do for you. Stay strong dear
This is post partum depression, you're in the process... Please take things easy Kosy, this too shall pass in Jesus name. We've all been there, Nigeria is a country rich with family values and lots of support. The UK, no one cares. Go on walks, it'll help you ❤
Getting a new sponsor now in the UK, is not a walk in the park anymore, we've been looking for it and the process is not good, and everything you need money here, but we won't give up.
I pray for you ,see that peace of mind , joy ,job money your family house in UK you will get it hubby will get better job sponsorship amen 🙏,because I already told God that I will see kosy in UK 🇬🇧 I pray for kosy and her big family God grant her ,her heart desires I don’t like seeing her feel bad or thinking 💭 God give her that peace she desire with her family amen ❤🎉 Coming back to hear a big testimony 💕
Please give yourself time I beg you, if you didn’t tell someone you had a baby they won’t know, this is to say you’re very beautiful and snatched even my husband said same, but what can I say your feelings are valid but don’t be too hard on your body..Nigeria is hard at the moment, if you need to go home for a visit and take a breather please do but relocating to Nigeria menh I won’t advise.. Kosy I stay close to you here in Notts I’m extending a hand to you, if you need help I’m here..I’ll still email you. We all need each other in this abroad, it’s hard for us immigrants and I see a pattern where we see our fellow country men but we give distance instead of reaching out. God will help us
Motherhood is beautiful Kosy, ur body will be back once you’ve successfully weaned ur baby. It’s just postpartum depression trying to creep in, u see that fart at the end of the video, 😂every new mum can relate. So jokes apart, take things easy love, even if u spend so much on post study visa… u will recover all in no time, position yourselves well for better opportunities for settlement in the UK during ur post study (if u wish to remain in the country) and make sure you take all these to God in prayers, when u dont know how to pray, just speak in tongues even if u dnt understand. Ps 102, 121, 23 is a good way to start, just read them and thank God because He has started the good works in your life and won’t leave you stranded. Going to Nigeria is surely not an option cos things have really gone from bad to worse in the last 2years u left home. U have a loving husband, bond with ur baby… absorb all the love she’s here to give, take ur vit D, go out and get fresh air whenever u feel up to it. Dont beat urself up my darling, it’s a phase that will soon pass. Just hang in there 💕💕💕💕
Hey kosy I know it’s not easy Am Congolese 🇨🇬 , being in a new country without family or friends is hard , but trust me the journey is worthy. I pray that God strength you
Please, go to your doctor ASAP and discuss these issues especially about your health. Speak to your Pastor or the reliable Church committee over there, you need to relax, remain strong and all these challenges will soon become testimonies, AMEN. Please, don't be too hard on yourself or on your family, no need of too much exercises, try to enjoy this journey of transformation into motherhood. You still look beautiful with a nice body . Take some hot pap, hot custard and more fluid to increase your breast milk flowing well. Speak to yourself ,the Words and promises of God. You are blessed and favoured by God, AMEN. Your husband is trying , we all appreciate this about him. Continue to pray together, trust God for divine intervention, you shall surely overcome my dear sister and testify to the goodness and mercy of God, AMEN 🙏.
Kosi, your baby should be your source of strength and joy despite your body shape. I am also a new mum and struggling with weight, too. But whenever I look at my baby, I take it easy on myself. As 4 visas, at least you have the option of postgraduate visa, 2 years is enough time for you to find something permanent. Stop worrying and just go to God in prayer.
Hi kosy Remember God cannot bring you these far and leave Hold on to God remember God is a good God and he always God Pray and talk to God like a father remember his promises 💖💖💖
I have been where you are regarding the weight loss after baby. Ps as long as you are breastfeeding, forget about weight loss. Just try to eat healthy meals no matter the quantity. Reduce Soda, sugar, junk. Eat your rice, swallow, beans, eggs, yam, sandwiches with your full chest. Your baby's healthiness will be your reward. My son is over a year and I'm still breastfeeding. I intend doing that till he turns 2. Try to do abdominal workouts to build back your muscles and tighten up your tummy from being loose. Take walks regularly but ps don't compromise on your food.
Please u guys should always pray be this relocating aboard, God didn't design everybody destiny in abroad. Ur peace really matter & God will protect u anywhere u are.
Be strong everything will be fine🙏❤❤being by yourself wont help, speak to someone most especially God at your quiet time and everyone needs a friend. Wishing you the best🙏🙏🙏
Hey Kosy, your feelings are valid and relatable. It's really not easy being away from family and friends. But trust me, this isjust a phase. God got you Sis and will come through for you.
You need to take it easy with yourself. It will take a while to get back to that shape. Don't be too hard on yourself. God will take control of the visa issue. Thank God for your mummy's life. You are strengthened in Jesus name. You need to connect with someone who can hold up your hand in faith. You need your faith in times like this.
Thank you for sharing... I pray that God will show up for your and your family. God remain God. You are not in this alone despite we act as being alone in this country. Keep your faith alive and dont let the enemy steal your joy away from you. I appreciate you and your message and I am awaiting the good news for your family in Jesus name.
My sister be happy that you are alive people are dying, you are not in the hospital look at the bright side of life so far as you are alive there is hope
We thank God for saving your mummy during the accident. Don't worry, she will be fine and healthy. Settling down properly in a new place takes time and strong determination. To relocate to a new country, it is good to get connected with good support system for example the religious groups in the area either Christians or Muslims , this will assist you in settling down easily and meeting some good people as friends. Please, don't isolate yourself, you need good people around you. Living in a foreign land can never be like our native land communities, but it is necessary to take some time to study the new country, know your environments and the rules properly, get integrated well into the community you find yourself and work on getting the necessary documents and funds for staying legally with peace of mind there. With your husband's strong determination, hard work and all prayers, everything shall be successful, your visa extension will be done in your favour and all of us shall soon rejoice with your family, AMEN 🙏.
This is my first time of commenting on your page …. I live in Cornwall and there jobs with sponsorships here . Plus the people here are very friendly and family oriented . The Nigerians here are well connected to one another and it feels like home here . I love your page , may the Joy of the Lord be your strength in Jesus name, Amenn
Same here...I need one for my hubby as things have become really uglÿ and uncomfortable here in Nigeria. We applied for a student visa last year but was denied 😢
First of all embrace your new body..your baby is still tender for you to worry about weightloss, Taking care of newborns alone is already stress, let's not add weight loss to our problems, enjoy the moment of having a cute baby smiling to you, enjoy that period that they dont scatter houses 😊😊.. i wish you all the best.
There is no place like home!! When you leave home as a full grown adult you leave a greater part of you behind, and you may struggle to find completeness. Imagine leaving the friends you grew up with, the family you grew up with, the neighbours, the friendliness all around, the sense of community, to a place where everyone keeps to themselves... You will be fine, just look for ways to navigate through everything. You will definitely bounce back and you will get sponsorship, I believe someone will reach out. And speaking of the insecurity, yes, this is also a challenge but there are over 200 million Nigerians plus foreign nationals living in Nigeria and they are not all dead. If you are doing very well for yourself in Nigeria, you will enjoy life to the fullest, travel where and when you want to. Haven't you imagined why most of the rich Nigerians still live in Nigeria despite the challenges that it faces like most other developing Nations? The shootings in the US is much more than any sort of insecurity in Nigeria
I definitely understand what are you going through cause I put to birth here in Uk few months ago and with a toddler. It can really be though taking care of new born all alone without help. But trust me, this phase will surely pass. Take it one step at a time and call on God for strength 🙏 Your hubby will get his sponsorship by the grace of God and all will be well. Sending hugs 🥰
I pray God comes through for your family concerning your VISA issue. Please take it easy on yourself you just had your baby. Be kind to yourself. You will get back to shape but you need to remember it's a step at a time. Fine you can start with evening strolls and some little home exercises. Just do it with joy and don't put your self in unnecessary pressure.❤❤❤.
Hi Kosy, please apply for the graduate visa if you can to ease up the pressure at least for now. The people in Nigeria too do not have it easy, they are complaining everyday, and also please take it easy on yourself, you have just had a baby and lastly let God be your anchor in all these. Stay strong.
It is well with you spirit soul and body Kosy… Your family is blessed. Lines are falling unto you in pleasant places. Amen! You will overcome this phase and you will have a story to tell to younger generations. Keep your head up baby!!!!!
Kosiiiii. It was nice running into you again. Just got to the UK myself. See hen hang in there, all hope is not lost. I’ve learnt to submit to God’s will. It ALWAYS works out. It’ll all work out for your good. Regards to baby
first of all let me asure you everything will work out in God's time hang on there and keep on praying God will make a way and he will favour you,its worth it for you guys to be in that foreign land your baby girl's life has just begun and she's a Londoner now she's got to enjoy that life,Hang on there we love you.
Hi Kosy. If you or your Hubby went to the UK via student visa, and you've completed your study how about you proceed to apply for graduate visa to enable you guys enough time to find work do not just focus on the visa sponsorship job alone. Cheer up Kosy! Rooting for you❤
Please my dear you have to stay strong. You need to feed well because of baby. Don't worry about your body. You look great. I am also battling depression at the moment and I understand how you feel. I have joined NSPPD and I feel a lot better. Please go to the library and get novels to occupy your mind when baby is asleep. Please don't go back to Nigeria. The country is in a mess now. I'm in London and I will remain here and make it work cos I have responsibilities back home. May God be with you and your family. I wish your mum quick recovery ❤❤
Don't focus on the problem focus on God, do you best and leave the rest to God. Don't let depression consume you Dear. This too will pass and it'll be your testimony its too early to give up yet. I'm anticipating good news.
Oh baby😔😔 Please Take it easy on your beautiful self🫂 I was literally watching your last video and was gushing over you body,it saddens my heart to hear this but please take it easy and connect back to Source(God). We love you so so much🤍
I'll be honest, it was your attractive face that made me click on this video. However, having watched the video and listened to your heart felt account of what you are going through, it moved me. Sometimes we are in a better position when our options are reduced because it focusses the mind. If you can't build in the Uk ..... do not build because it will be taken away without warning. Concentrate your efforts on your realities. If that means Nigeria ..... so be it. I'm a new subscriber and I intend to follow your journey. I wish you all the best. From one Nigerian to another.
What you are going through is normal. Moving to a new country, the accident and having a baby is a lot to deal with mentallyand emotionally. what you need is emotional support. Try to join a community of mums or church. You will get through this. You are stronger than you think. Keep praying, God's gat you.
I just came across this video, and I can somehow relate to everything you’re saying and going through. I might not have the right words to give, because even for myself I can’t find the right words for myself. But I pray for you and your family, that Jehovah Jireh will come through for your family, I pray that the peace of the Lord that surpasses all human understanding will flood your hearts in these times in Jesus Name Amen!!!!!! ❤
It's well with you and yours Kosi. I pray that as the Bible says, all these things will work out for your good in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. Just Cast all your cares upon the Lord.😊😊
That Job part I am experiencing the same thing and I can tell you it’s the hardest part of after going to school. I have cried and pray and done my part and asked God to also show me mercy. Sometimes I feel maybe I’m not just qualified enough😢😢
@@wakaabout9214 Good morning from here. Undergraduate degree : Insurance and Risk Management Postgraduate degree : Master of Business Administration. What I actually observe when it comes to job search in my field i.e Insurance and Risk Management, most Job descriptions I see requires certificate I don’t have yet and even more practice which I haven’t even done. And considering getting those certificates I need to enroll for the exam which takes like 2 years and then practice etc but who has that money now for all these, I honestly don’t mind doing them but the fees and time because I need to start working here immediately, but it’s well.
It will pass , it start with ur mindset don’t be so fixated on ur body u housed a baby for 9months it will take close to 2years honestly but if ur consistent u will get there
You gat this my darling.... I felt exactly the same way when I gave birth to my baby girl as a first time mom. It was so bad my mother in-law felt so unwelcomed and left my house bcos i constantly cried "without" any reason. (Lost my mom exactly a year prior to my baby) I contemplated suicide more than once and 'hated" my baby, hated myself and my body. Long story short, i am fully recovered now and my body back (18 months postpartum) that is how I know you will be alright eventually. Just hang in there and try to enjoy the moment ok.
There's definitely financial freedom in Africa. I keep telling people around me but they understand because they have never been to Africa. I pray God Almighty helps you guys out in Jesus Name Amen
my sister take it easy... Abroad is not easy but dont give up.. i am praying for you... Dont worry too much, in time you will lose weigh... I am a mother of 3 kids and one on the way.. pls be strong....
Wow it takes lots of courage to share a video like this, everything you said in this video is very true cus I have seen people experience similar situations. Today be encouraged and keep trusting Almighty, keep having faith in him and he will overcome your fears in Jesus Christ name Amen. Stay strong ❤
I remember I went through it during my first baby but back home not many people understand postpartum depression.. sis study the word of GOD daily pls.. body shape is not a barrier considering the joy GOD gave you pls..
Kosy God will come through for your family. Am also passing through a tough time here in Belfast and am preggy as well but am looking up to God for divine help and I know he'll come through. Just be strong for your baby and hubby, there is light at the end of the tunnel. ❤❤❤❤
Be easy on yourself, postpartum is overwhelming n depressing, even worse when no help on standby except from your partner I can totally relate. Stay strong and know that every answer you need is in Christ and his word. Sending you love from Canada ❤
This is a phase that will pass. Stay believing in what God told or made happen for you. Listen to pastor Stephanie ike , on some teaching, they are beautiful. How this passes or how long this phase lasts depends on how much of believing and speaking God's word you do, trust me.
KOSY! Girl do you know how loved you are?? Boo! Im watching you ALLLL DA' WAY FROM Dallas, Texas USA. Aint nothing wrong with the new woman you are and becoming. Do your research to see what foods you can eat and cut out to improve hormone imbalance. Again...sis you are loved and beautiful and OMG! That silky deep voice is everything. Rest essy on yourself. ❤❤❤
You need to take it easy dear ..motherhood is a journey focus on your baby eat healthy because of your baby..dont worry God will perfect everything that concerns your husband he will get a job sponsorship..pls be happy with yourself ❤ happiness is free 💃💃💃💃
Kosy this is a phase and you will be fine ok. I almost lost myself when i had my daughter, but my husband was a big support. You will get the help you need .
Hi Kosy, you’re not alone in this, I remember when I moved to the US. It was very isolating and even till this day sometimes it feels that way. These are tough times but this too shall pass…believe it. It may be hard but sometimes when you find it hard to pray, try and remember the good times and show gratitude, God loves when we show him gratitude, even for the things he’s yet to do in your life. Pls be open to receive help from the good people offering and just know that in his time he will make all things possible. God did not bring you this far to leave you alone, hold him by his words and he will always come through for you. I pray that we’ll all celebrate your testimony soon 🙏🏾. Be safe
She needs support to sail through. I pray her health visitor doesnt count it a ground of health risk against her child. She need's help and assurance fast!
Hey Kosi, I totally understand this feeling, I've been there three times. You're experiencing postpartum depression. You can talk to someone you trust as often as you can. You'll overcome this phase. Lots of love from Canada.
God will make way please keep your faith strong . when you are overwhelmed and can't pray go into worship it's okay to cry and be broken God"s got your back . speak the word into your life and situation ..it will end in praise IJMN
Sending love to you it would all end in praise pls try and get in touch with the people in the comment section who are willing to help two heads would make sense God be with you
Don’t be too hard on yourself, you guys just had a baby .It will get better ,because of lack of help here it is difficult.Take heart Pele, may God see you through this season in Jesus name ❤please ask someone to come check on you time to time
God please send help to Kosy and her husband speedily before their visa expires. Bring peace to the storm in their life and show yourself mighty in their lives. Please God I ask that you surprise them beyond their expectations 🙏🙏🙏🙏Please stay strong Kosy, God will definitely come through for you speedily, I BELIEVE 🙏🙏🙏🙏
It's still the beginning of your move, just 2 years. Things will get better. I would say when you get indefinite leave to remain or British citizenship, then you should come and go to Nigeria as you please. Nigeria is a different place when you are not trapped there.
I totally understand how u feel,my sister is also in the same situation presently,u just hv to be strong and believe in God,there will always be a way.

You both are really doing a great job, this phase too will pass... Just give it time and everything will fall into places🤎🤎🤎
Hi Kosy, please apply for the graduate visa if you can to ease up the pressure at least for now. The people in Nigeria too do not have it easy, they are complaining everyday, and also please take it easy on yourself, you have just had a baby and lastly let God be your anchor in all these. Stay strong.
Just talk to your heavenly father, he loves you and hes waiting to hear from you. Talk to him like you're talking in this video
Just dedicate an hour everyday just praising God.. don’t even pray.. he knows your heart already.. he’ll surely come through
Aww the Lord is your strength. Please don’t give up. God will do it 🥹
Hi dear, joined NSPPD prayer line and God will do it for your family
first of all let me asure you everything will work out in God's time hang on there and keep on praying God will make a way and he will favour you,its worth it for you guys to be in that foreign land your baby girl's life has just begun and she's a Londoner now she's got to enjoy that life,Hang on there we love you.
Anyone in the UK who is a friend, family member or close to Kosy in any way please check up on her regularly.
🙏🏾❤️
I am happy to connect with her. I am in London
Me too even though am I. Bedfordshire will reach out
I am willing to check up on her and I’m willing to travel to Nottingham too ❤
me too im in London
I pray that the LORD come through for you in JESUS name !!!
Hello Kosy, this shall pass. Stay in a place of prayer and Thanksgiving, and watch God take control. Sending you hug😍.
You will be fine my darling
Things are not easy over here in Nigeria.
I pray your hubby get a job that will sponsor the visa 🙏🙏
❤
My prayers are with you, dear. It’s a lot.
It's well with you and yours Kosi. I pray that as the Bible says, all these things will work out for your good in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. Just Cast all your cares upon the Lord.😊😊
Stay strong, everything will work out for good.
Just remember that this is just a phase and things will surely get better ❤️
God almighty...the creator of all things will surely come through for you guys.. okay.
That Job part I am experiencing the same thing and I can tell you it’s the hardest part of after going to school. I have cried and pray and done my part and asked God to also show me mercy.
Sometimes I feel maybe I’m not just qualified enough😢😢
What did you study? (Both undergraduate and postgraduate)
@@wakaabout9214 Good morning from here. Undergraduate degree : Insurance and Risk Management
Postgraduate degree : Master of Business Administration.
It will pass , it start with ur mindset don’t be so fixated on ur body u housed a baby for 9months it will take close to 2years honestly but if ur consistent u will get there
God surely will come through for you, have faith and believe, this too shall pass!
Please stay strong kosy , your will pass through this difficult times? I know is not easy But trust me God never fails 🙌
You gat this my darling.... I felt exactly the same way when I gave birth to my baby girl as a first time mom. It was so bad my mother in-law felt so unwelcomed and left my house bcos i constantly cried "without" any reason. (Lost my mom exactly a year prior to my baby)
I contemplated suicide more than once and 'hated" my baby, hated myself and my body.
Don't worry have faith your testimony will come God only put us in a test to see if we can conquer it I believe in you to do better things
This too shall pass. Much love Kosy❤❤❤
Please take it easy on yourself..Everything would be fine by the grace of God 🙏🏿
From your lips to God's ears. God will grant your heart desires and perfect all that concerns you and your family
Congratulations Kosi

This is a phase that will pass. Stay believing in what God told or made happen for you. Listen to pastor Stephanie ike , on some teaching, they are beautiful.
How this passes or how long this phase lasts depends on how much of believing and speaking God's word you do, trust me.

Be safe
My dear... Nigeria is no longer easy. Just be happy❤❤❤❤

It's still the beginning of your move, just 2 years. Things will get better. I would say when you get indefinite leave to remain or British citizenship, then you should come and go to Nigeria as you please.
Nigeria is a different place when you are not trapped there.
you will be fine and everything will get better for you and your hubby okay a better job will come and everything will get better
I totally understand how u feel,my sister is also in the same situation presently,u just hv to be strong and believe in God,there will always be a way.

Be kind to yourself. The new phase isn’t easy but you have to be strong because if you break down your baby will be affected somehow.
