Not sure why you drilled...stock holes are there where the plates go 1 on very front 1 on the back of the other back bracket.. Unless that kit says so? But plate with bolt head is not going to do anything to stay in place..? Have done a dozen f150s and plate on front and one on back on each side. Shop you can get BOTH sides for $44 SHIPPED
Yeah, the kits I bought were one for each side with the cam bolts included. So it required 8 plates total and drilling where there weren't holes...event came with the template to drill. Maybe just a different kit design.
It’s a Braun rechargeable worklight from Harbor Freight. I don’t recommend it though. It takes hours and hours to charge and dies pretty fast. I bought the usbc rechargeable magnetic pod lights from harbor freight shortly after making this video and use those now. I haven’t tried any other brands so don’t have a comparison.
They are supposed to keep adjustment better, but if you want a solid solution you will need a slot delete kit and adjustable control arms. That's $$$ though.

The bolt head is supposed to go with the cam, NOT the nut???
Both sides have a cam that you have to match up...unless you're referring to something else about the cams?
