Exactly one year ago, Rich Leigh emailed his employees to tell them that would be their new working week, for the same pay.
Radio 1 Newsbeat visits his Gloucester PR firm to find out how the business is performing and how the change has affected his staff.

Rotate the 4 day week between staff. For example.... 1 week some staff work Monday - Thursday. Then the next week they work Thursday - Monday and make sure it rotates so people can still have a weekend off every other week but still be productive
I would love this work schedule! Long as you are still getting the same hours and pay.
We're 70% more productive than Baby Boomers in the work place and yet wages have been stagnant. If businesses don't want to pay in money up I'm ALL for getting paid in time off! ⛱️
In the US. I work 4 days a week. But 10 hour shifts. Its nice to have that extra day off (Friday) to just chill, go to the gym or park, run errands etc while my husband is at work. Since I often go to the nice parks here anyways, Im thinking of signing up for a dog walking app just to work on Fridays as I miss having a pet. One day I will again (cant have one on our lease).
Just don't buy from a breeder please. Globally we kill something like 20million dogs each year that can't be found homes meanwhile we breed tens of millions more. It just makes no sense. Adopt don't shop!
