These are tales of how running has changed people's lives.
After experiencing a lot of "very negative relationships", Jerry turned to drugs and alcohol before getting help from a therapist who suggested she started running.
She's now 27 and has completed five half-marathons. But there was a time when she "didn't think there was a way out" of her depression and severe social anxiety. Jerry "felt like she was dying" when she first started but now she has control over her life - and aims to become a personal trainer to help people in a similar situation to her.

I love exercising running is my balance but lately I can get myself out of the couch. My husband think I’m ok but deep down I’m not. he doesn’t see the signs. He never does. I can even hear saying what do you want me to do? In what i couldn’t reply as I will scream and shout of frustration
Is too much he said but they don’t see that it help me to deal with the feelings. Sometimes I just need to push I tell myself other time why bother just end their misery and yours
I don’t friends just the ones I accurately during running. I feel awkward and awful but I m not happy since quitting exercise as they see it as inconvenien. Feeling this miserable is not worthy
