Respect to Seth. His willingness to say “I worked on a knee that needed surgery for months, I have no right to tell someone else they shouldn’t wrestle with a torn boob” is commendable.
This mentality is what destroys their body. Cause Vince forced Seth to work through his injuries, don't act like he did that out of charity or for the fans. His boss told him to or he'd be fired.
I have no respect for that train of thought. It’s really pathetic, got fix your body so you can last longer. Vince McMahon, and the old wrestling community who really must these guys up making them work hurt.
Big time, and Seth got to solidify his own legacy further by putting on an all-time classic Hell in a Cell match with a man who will probably go down as one of his greatest rivals in the ring.
It helped him to his current spot, but solidified? Absolutely not. Lots of talent have won World Titles, only to fall back to the midcard. Del Rio, Swagger, Christian, etc. And you even see it with a lot of recent champions. Priest, Mahal, Lashley, and Big E all lost their momentum the second they lost their title. Cody still has work to do.
It definitely helped cool down Seth's reputation for hurting his opponents (Sting, Cena, Balor) and being able to work-with someone already injured and still put together a memorable match!
This whole interview has really made me realise why Seth is his generation's Hunter. Never truly the number 1 guy in the company, but held in the highest regard. Could trust him to make anyone and elevate any story he's involved in. And although neither was ever truly the guy, they are forever engrained in the stories of the guys. In Seth's case, Roman and Cody (and potentially Drew), just like Hunter did with Rock, Austin, Orton, Batista and Cena

You sure as heck couldn’t chop his pec.
It looked so bad.. Seth too look at him wrestling with all these back injuries and everything
I never understood why cody was so big! Now I understand. But Seth thinks he's Becky...u can't complain like the women in wwe
Time to bring Finn Balor
It was a work
I don’t understand why they put Cody over in that match when he was going to be on the shelf plus it made Seth look weak he couldn’t beat a hobled Cody
Because Seth could afford the loss and could redeem it quickly; Cody would have his first real rivalry as a baby face be a loss and then be gone for months would have killed his run before it started
@@ashtonhaggitt216 Dont try to explain, these type of fans thinks wrestling is real and think that if you lose you are bad, they are delusional.
@@magoconcancer99 what kind of ahole statement is that Seth already jobbed to Cody multiple times and never got a win on him. Cody was going to be gone for awhile a lost by Cody doesn’t hurt him a win by Seth helps him plus he’s active
No we get that its scripted and you have to write a story correctly or it could really ruin them. You dont seem to understand it so maybe this will help if not then youre no better than "those kind of fans" 😂
Its scripted and yes some kicks and punches are fake yes
But if you havent been in a wreslting dome then you really have nothing to say. Yes i have and yes i got to live my dream. I can talk. @magoconcancer99
@ashtonhaggitt216 Plus, they were building Cody up for his WM with Roman, who had beaten everybody, and a win with that kind of injury made people think "Maybe Cody is tough enough and driven enough to finally knock Roman off his throne."
Really Seth, disrespecting Rockford??? We have supported you for YEARS.
Seth: I don't even know who you are!"
That's why Cody will lose to Kevin Owens so Owens will lose to Cena.
It's so easy to see😂
No. That's dumb.
Whoever did the makeup job on his pec needs a raise
Show of hands: who knows for a fact Phil Brooks would have NEVER had the balls to do that hell in a cell match, Phil would have sued WWE claiming they injured him so he could get a big ol check. Phil Brooks is a whiner Hulk Hogan.
He is such a lier jealous person ever seen . Cm punk made him start bright him to Wwe …
Seth Rollins is a jobber for the comeback wrestlers lol
Do u know how jobber works??
@@TonJane-i2iyes, and whoever has a comeback get fed Seth Rollins. Also it was just a joke jeezuz
