Not in the EE POOL where you may be lucky to get a provincial nomination which instantly gives you 600 additional points, and you can get ITA, land in Canada before the provisional License expires or if it expires before then, you surely do know you'd be IN MAPLE LAND SHORTLY, PASS NCLEX-RN, get the full licensure as well as make your money back...

UKRNS may honestly not need the license until they have passed NCLEX-RN, except they already have immigration plans and they are certain they may land in Canada within 4months.

I know of application for registration to NS, and temporary license payment has to be renewed four or three within a year
You have always stressed people need to have good Immigration plan to Canada, Express Entry pool is expensive, waiting to be nominated is a long thing, and getting an employer to facilitate any immigration process can be a very difficult thing to come by as many people don't know which employers are actually recruiting.
Sitting for NCLEX from Nigeria is almost an impossible journey, getting visa and booking flight, I heard its easier securing visa with Brazil to write nclex. The NCLEX journey generally is very expensive.

Now let us break things down together, because sponsorship isn't as rampant in Canada as we have in the UK, whoever is aiming at Canada is really aiming high, ..
So yes! Money must be spent! Money is needed.
For people who cannot do express entry, the school route is their best bet! Come in as a student, you can now work at least 40hours per week as a student, its expensive too, but if you can get your first tuition, I an very positive you'd survive here if one isn't lazy lol..
For those who are looking at employers offering them sponsorship, your best bet is to at least pass nclex its getting tougher, you cannot expect an employer to sponsor you when you cannot Start working as rn
Why then did he or she sponsor, pass nclex ,I made a video on how to search for jobs with sponsorship, most importantly , tailor your search to the rural areas, those are the real Deal when it comes to sponsorship, the employers in the city have too many nurses at their disposal
I'd Try to make a video on hownto search maybe before weekend or next week! However it's doable,
Canada needs money,! Or simply save up to Come in as a student! One of the best route

As you said if offered a job also then it's difficult to be there by 4 months.
So what you said is right , it's best to apply for a conditional license if one is planning to land in the next month or so.
@avitavivianalmeida8898 it's not as easy to get a job with a conditional license there are thousands of nurses with the full licensure, so honestly why would I as an employer overlook them to pick those with conditional licenses
@avitavivianalmeida8898 exactly, your last paragraph, honestly we need to know that getting a solid and workable immigration plans is better than fighting for a license one can always get in Canada here, land here first ,that doesn't mean you shouldn't start making preparations to get your license sorted, but if you are to pick between immigration and licensure from Nigeria, pick immigration first

With a one year course, make sure the school is a dli, and you can get a post graduate work permit, that way, within your 1year of study here, you must sort your licensure as well as should have written your NCLEX-RN examination, so that you can get a job as a nurse here while on the 1year pgwp, and start processing your pr as well

Yes you can do nclex and pass anywhere, however there is currently no centre in Nigeria, the closest is SA, South Africa

Absolutely yes! Best to pay for the license only after their self sponsorship clicks through.. once in Canada, they can pay for the CL, get a job as a graduate nurse while they wait to write the NCLEX-RN examination to become CANADIAN RN, all the best!
Where can the person write NCLEX in Nigeria and if the person is in Canada is it only in Nova Scotia he can work. How much is the provisional license? Will you pay before the provisional license will be issued

Nova Scotia already gave eligibility for conditional license. I sont know the next step to take ans i haven't taken IELTS before. Please I have already gotten an invite to apply for pr under the express entry pool, but I'm yet to pay for the conditional license and I haven't gotten feedback from IRCC pertaining the pr application I submitted. I've been trying to apply for jobs in NS from Nigeria, so my question is under the eligibility to work in canada, is it okay to pick "permanent resident" or "open work permit" or "employer-specific work permit"? None! You have none at the moment sir or ma. Getting a job with a conditional license is very hard especially outside of CAnada and i have addressed this question/issue severally

Yes sure! Just don't pay for the 4months license if issued. And you do not have a means to land in Canada in 4months

As a visitor maybe, but what happens after you pass the nclex, getting a job as a visitor, especially getting a job with lmia isn't as easy, putting ourselves under such pressure is really what I don't think I like, it's possible and doable but hard

No don't hold on! Do those! What you hold on with is the license payment if the 4months conditional license is issued and you do not have a means to land in CA in 4months

Noooo! A conditional license is only valid for that province, however you can safely transfer a full license from one province to the other

@charlesokolie563 Credential Assessment, English Language test, French certification if any, your bio datas, family/relative info in Canada if any! Those are extras, the basic are ielts/ educational Assessments

I want to believe you are a Nigerian Rn ma, it's the same thing, we don't get to practise with our license back home if we do not pay for it, ... it's a general rule anywhere!
For Novascotia, pay for the license only when you are sure of securing a job within the 4months of validity, however you can still apply for jobs without paying! Boldly letting them know in your email, that you have an offer for a provisional License with Nscn, if possible attach the screenshot of your portal or a screenshot of the email notifications.. if all goes well, you'd be offered the job regardless and instructed to get the license ready for verifications.
To avoid being frustrated, also note that getting a job from Nigeria or from outside of Canada with a provisional License only isn't quite easy!

1. Have they passed NCLEX-RN
2. Are they in Canada UK /usa/ AUSTRALIA .
If it's a yes to the above, then they are most likely going to get reviewed before those in Nigeria
