Please I'm trying to evaluate my certificate and other documents using ICES. I have uploaded the ones i can, waiting for my school to send my transcript. Also I have made my payment for the evaluation, yet my portal is still showing incomplete application. I wrote to ICES and they told me they didn't receive any application or payment that I should send my proof of payment which I did because they sent me an email immediately after the payment. Since I sent the receipt I have not heard from them again. Please I'm confused, has anyone experienced this before????
