I have a question, I want to apply for my pr to Canada from Uganda, I am making 32 years this year in May and have been working for 5 years and I am a lawyer by profession. My fiancée who is a lawyer too just finished his law school but doesn’t really have the work experience but has a sibling who is a citizen in Canada. We intend to marry this December, 2024 and he intends to attach himself to a LawFirm in Nigeria for work experience. Who do you think has more chances of getting more points to get ITA for pr? Personally I want to do my ielts exam in September, 2024 and try my luck. Please advise me if I can apply when still single or is it better to add my fiance once we get married

Kindly plan your immigrations, Canada doesn't have sponsorship for nurses.... you are solely responsible for your own immigrations, Getting a job outside of Canada is equally hard work!!! Nearly impossible as a nurse, except with the pilot program, you may get the job offer, how many are willing to sponsor you. 0 to none!!!

For wes application, do i apply with my new name ( marital name) or my father's name that i used to study?
