I think it’s fine that the rogue didn’t want to wear it but obviously not the way he went about it but on the same token don’t cry when you die from role play choices embrace it

i think this bracelet solution was rather elegant. people should realize there are consequences to being disrespectful, but calling it out right away might not be as effective to get the point across. chances are they'd just dismiss the berating and continue their attitude problem elsewhere. the way it was done, they get to really feel the punishment, as it seeps in. besides, it was just a game, no real harm there.
Cleric player is not the A at all. No player is owed your spells and you still saved him anyway. It wasn't the most adult thing to do but definitely not the A. The Rogue should know that the Cleric would not heal him if he insulted his god. The player should have just outright said this to the Rogue player.
Did the DM have to fireball the party when Cantaloupe was team-killing anyway? I'm not saying they did anything wrong but I would have felt bad killing players because one of their own basically intentionally killed their friends. Just kill the Rogue, then kick him out of the group. (Also the guy who cast Thunderwave wasn't a Hexblade, it was a Sorceror)
Puts a lich vs a group of lvl 3 PCs. Whines at the player for moves that didnt actually even matter. The lich fireballed after the PCs thunderwave, they would and should have been dead anyway. DM trying to paint themselves in good light here but honestly i dont by that "the lich only fireballs at 1hp"
@@OnetastyJoe Yeah, it's like that's what you planned but continuing to run it that way when someone is team killing is ok DMing but in my mind kinda dumb. You know you will end up punishing everyone for one guy's error. You are not on rails.
honestly if someone is that committed to the bit that's pretty cool. that they brought actual red twine. that's like something i'd probably keep forever lol.
@@-Nicetomeetyou i think my point went over your head. imagine wanting to force a dem to ware a Trump shirt, a republican to ware a kamala shirt, a devout Christian to wear a yamaka, or force a vegan to ware leather. its a game and you should not force your beliefs on someone irl because of a game. its meant to be a escape from reality, and to most importantly be fun.
I never expected Jacob could make a perfect enderman teleport impression. truly outstanding talent
😂 This bracelet story is killing me Ilmater will forever be Yassified in every campaign I will run from now on. 😂
Also p.s. cleric is not the asshole the rogue is.

I’m not doing anything interesting this time, but I still have time to watch this episode. Thanks for the unrivaled audio entertainment yall
Bro's channeling the shayn topp energy
Up in the terrarium at 3 AM, straight up monching it. And by it, lets just say, hehe, my eyebools
Fizzy Cookie is the name of my next Half-Orc Barbarian character

I don't think it's fine for the reasons they gave, bracelets are not gendered and definitely not in DnD.
Cleric is fine. If someone says stuff like that and the dm doesn't deal with it, I'm gonna. I'd probably have just yelled at him, but whatever works.
Don't mess with the healer.
Yelling at people has like a 2% success rate, but you do you
@@Skeleton_Archerdepends what you mean by worked. I don't think they are trying to convince him in that moment, but to put pressure on.

Thanks for answering some of my questions! Appreciate you all! 🥳
Not being able to catch things is a consequence of taking E? Oh I wonder how badly that will make my catching skills now. Lol

There’s a .1% that Jacob left out of who contributes to the pod. I call dibs.
There were a lot of funny moments and almost as many "what the heck" moments in this one. Great episode!
As a side note, I also actually had a paladin of Illmater and will be stealing that idea from story 2
I gotta imagine those Oreo cookies were a way for them to get rid of incriminating receipts and tax files
I cant believe you cut this glorious hair

I was watching this while cleaning my room lol
Love hearing you read some reddit stories on here. Hope we get some more of that in the future too ❤
Best opening ever honestly.
28:41 these people are at their best in real life I swear. We will get that dude next time he gets a fit bit 😂

Nah the Coke Oreos are one of the few non-standard Oreos i actually liked 😭
The Oreo coke is actually pretty good!
My response to Cantaloupe would have been to play the clip of Al Pacino in Glengarry Glen Ross saying, "You stupid f'ing (runt)"
mtg oreos single color and mixed colored pacts. there's a collab idea
i cannot find anything about eyes being eaten by a lizard? rats?
When does the show start?
Thanks, again, gamers!
Where can i get that red jacket???
Steady hands does cool knit wear like this. Idk if they still have this one but their stuff is so cool in general
How can I access this beam? 37:00
Everyone has their horror stories

The DM in story 2 is also an asshole for not dealing with the problem player right there and then tbh.

A great story, but a horrible podcast. Doesn't profit from Spencer being there...
the bracelet one. if the dude didnt want to ware something irl then leave it be. why force things on someone irl
So that kind of attitude and the use of a slur is totally justified by that then? I think the point went totally over your head.
@@-Nicetomeetyou why try to force irl bs on someone that just wants to play a game.
