You are right about needing to pull the trigger at the pre-order stage. Not sure if it is just the voracious demand of GI Joe fans or Hasbro intentionally creating scarcity
I have been pretty lucky with Classified in that I have been online in time to get pretty much everything I want in the line at retail price. However, I got snakebit playing the long game with Snow Job. To be fair, I am not a big Snow Job fan, outside of his amazing code name, but have visions of teaming up Stalker, Snow Job, and Quick Kick (when he is eventually released) to reenact their escape from Borovia

I bought a bunch of these when they were first listed. I like army building. I do try to avoid army building repaints. Well, do not ask how many Arctic BATs I bought. Also, I tend to be drawn to female troops to add visual variety, a much needed thing for a terrorist organization like Cobra.
I am not a huge fan of the way the tan variation played out in this two pack. I think I would have been perfectly fine with two figures with the same black trim and the variety manifesting in the different head options and different weapon options. The tan weapons especially take me out of things. I can replace the weapons, but paying for accessories I won’t use, something that happens too often with Classified, is a bit of a letdown

Very cool review! I canceled the pre-order for these ladies. Kinda regretting it 😅. Hopefully we get a red version or something.

I passed on these but it is a cool set. At this price point I do wish Hasbro did include action figure stands
