I saw on Miles To Memories they still keep them up to code and running, they recently ran water through the log ride again. I hope they bring them back! The Buffalo shaped pool is so iconic too! I've had a view of it from a room and it looked so cool day or lit up at night! I've had a room next to the coaster rails that go in the Tunnels and that was really cool looking too!
😊😊the buffets at both Primm and Jean were a highway staple in the 90s. We would stop on the way into Vegas and onnthe way home. Jean is now gone and Buffalo Bills has just reopened. The prices in the 90s made it an affordable lunch stop at like $5.99. Yes the good old days of old Vegas.
Those were definitely the good ol' days. I'm still happy the buffet has reopened. I hope it does well. The more buffets in casinos the better. Thanks for watching!
I would eat the prime rib, mashed potatoes, broccoli, catfish, and a salad. Plus pie. I'm just glad to see a buffet open! When you realize a good drive thru hamburger combo sets you back almost $20 these days, I will gladly eat that prime rib and potatoes instead!
Definitely a high-end buffet for "The Sophisticated Palate Very Well-Done Steak Crowd" who enjoy chewing to the uber-aggravating Phil Collins' "Sussudio."😋😉

Hi Shin - looks like a simple but solid place to enjoy some comfort dishes. I was also impressed with the wide selection of fruits especially the selection of berries. I would make my own fruit and cheese plate
This is pretty comparable to the South Point buffet, but I will certainly come out to support it, as many casinos are exchanging their buffets for stupid food courts for some reason. Thanks for the video
Lol. I was there around 4 in the afternoon when I took those shots but by the time I was leaving around 6:30, the place was about 70% full. If you watch my Sunday brunch from there, there was a 30 minute wait to get in. I hope they do well. I like Buffalo Bill's. Thanks for watching!
Come on, for under 30 bucks and it's clean. Nobody has the money to go on the fancier buffets in the strip. This might not be the best but it's decent for the price.
Shin, you were being super nice on this one. Remnant of the old Vegas buffets, especially the set up of it. Probably would skip this. Agreed Diane. The price is reasonable and the drive is quite long from California so it's nice to have this kind of a rest stop along the way. Thanks for watching and see you Saturday!

Thanks for the review! I've avoided Buffalo Bills for many years since a young girl was brutally murdered in one of their casino restrooms. It was a terrible and tragic incident.
Hey, the catfish and the bbq beans were a hit. Wish you would have tried the German chocolate cake (the one you said looked like it had pecans on top), and the lemon merengue (the one you thought was apple at first). Hey, for a 30$ buffet , it's was quick and clean 😊
$27 for all you can eat still hits the spot. The catfish was surprisingly good. I'll try those cakes the next time I go through. Thanks for watching Ashley!

Hi Stacey! Thanks for supporting and enjoying the channel! I read and reply to all comments so feel free to drop a line anytime. I did go to Anthony's Sunday brunch. You can catch my video of it here: ruclips.net/video/dnJXwbjhytI/видео.htmlsi=DCZ1URb7E3eJYhBB I've met a handful of viewers out and about so it can definitely happen. When you're in town, just comment on my latest video that you're around and I'll let you know where I'm filming that week and hopefully we can connect. Hello Missouri!! Thanks for watching!
I just watched the video and realized that I had in fact seen it before! I saw it when it first came out a year ago, but I had forgotten, and yours never came up in the search engine, at least not that I saw. Thank you so much for sending that to me! Our reservation is at 11:15, so I’m hopeful that I can get the beef Wellington fresh so it is not dry … Thanks again! Next, I’m going to rewatch your golden Steer video with Norma. Besides you, she is my other favorite!
Buffalo Bills might stand to benefit from all the construction on the I-15 starting early ‘25 with the high speed rail project. The drive will take longer then usual and people will be ready to get out of the car by the time they get to the state line.
That's true. There may be a little more foot traffic also in a decade when they build that new airport near by. I hope Buffalo Bill's does well. I actually really like it there. Thanks for watching!
Honestly, the price is reasonable and the food is passable. I'll probably still eat here again as I make the drive to California to see my folks pretty often. Thanks for watching!
😮🤔 picky me would have to pass on this buffet 😋...glad you took one for the team with your honest review 😉👍...some of the food did look appealing...have a great week til Sat ❤😊
Not a gourmet spot for sure but I can see myself here from time to time going back to California to see my folks. It's an easy way to get a full belly for the price for the drive back. Thanks for watching!
This is why I don't go to buffets. Although the place looks clean, food left out under heat lamps or on steam tables too long is always dry. I get people want to max their dollars for value but for me, I'd rather spend a little more and be happy at a place where I know I'm going to enjoy the food. Thanks for showing us all the same Shin!
I think turn over will be better once people find out it's reopen! I'm a semi-regular at Buffalo Bill's and I hadn't heard the buffet was back until Shin. They had occasional buffet days, but only weekends. I drive from California too so it's just another pit stop for me!
Aloha Shin! Your assessment of the fried chicken is proof you are a reasonable reviewer. Obviously this isn't a "scratch" buffet, but they did put their best foot forward. Decent food for the value. Mahalo for the big bites and big words!
A very interesting evolution. Not too long ago I was seeing videos on how Primm might just close up for good. I had said given the extreme price increases on the Strip, Primm/Buffalo Bill's should go for a more cost effective experience to draw people in.
The mall connected to Primm was closed and didn't look too good, but Buffalo Bill's was pretty full. Lots of players on the casino floor when I went to make this video so maybe a revival. Thanks for watching!
Surprised they had prime rib but I think the extra 30 minute drive to the South Point would make for a better buffet experience. Can always count on your honesty Shin! Great video!
Well there is something for adults too. New video coming out today from their Sunday brunch and I had one of the best dishes of the year. I can't believe they had something this good. Check it out! Thanks for watching!
@@jtns2845 palms, Southpoint, m resort, etc still have a buffet. Granted it’s still expensive for off strip. Everyone raves about Southpoint but it’s not all that good
@@VegaswithShin Thanks for responding Shin!!! How are you?? I love your videos. I have a feeling that we'll see more buffet openings in Vegas (and perhaps elsewhere as well)
Hello Shin, wowo nice to know that they open Buffalo Bills restaurant/Buffet , the mexican tamales are always dry not my favorites but I see many variety of desserts I like that mmm --enjoy it all the good food
While nothing looked great at that price I'd definitely get my moneys worth. Looks like a solid option as a pit stop the next time I drive to/from vegas instead of flying. On may way out of vegas I frequently stop in Prim for pinkbox doughnuts. So hit the buffet to eat there, hit pinkbox for takeaway.
The price is definitely right. I passed by Buffalo Bill's all the time and passed through going back to California for the long weekend to make this video. Thanks for watching!
Hi Shin, thanks for going there. I thought the buffet and food looked fresh. I noticed the stickers showing times and temps checked. I was hoping for better results for you. Bummer, I think for the price you could find enough to satisfy yourself, but so many low quality dishes can ruin your dining experience. Thanks for traveling down there to try it for us! Looking forward to better! Karla in C
Honestly, price was accessible and I make the drive often to California to see my folks so I might stop by when I'm looking for a quick full belly for the drive. The food was still passable. Thanks for Karla!
Have you thought about reviewing one of the Jollibee's in Vegas? It seems like people like to see food vloggers hit places that are familiar to them. And even though I understand that you like to review places local to Vegas, Jollibee could check both of those boxes.
Perhaps the breakfast/ brunch may be a bit better Shin. I hope they can do something to improve the dinner buffet. It’s such an iconic place. Thank you Shin ❤
As a kid in LA We would drive out to Primm spend a couple night and come home. They had 2 horse books, full pay deuces, live poker, you went to strip to lose family fortune Buffalo Bills and Whiskey to spend days.
There were a surprising number of people in there at 3 in the afternoon. Lots of people playing casino games. I actually liked the vibe. Thanks for watching!
Hey Shin, how are you? THANKS for taking one for the team this week with your review of this buffet at Buffalo Bill's. This week's question is, when you go to a buffet, do you prefer going to breakfast, lunch or dinner? Years back when the Station Casino's had the buffet going the breakfast and lunch was REALLY good, you would have enjoyed visiting there
I was fortunate to ride the Desperado as a 90’s kid before they closed it. I recall each ride was only $5. I’ve never got to ride the water log ride though.
Heard there are plans for a new Airport at Stateline and a rail from Airport to Airport. If that is so, Primm has the potential to be the next Vegas suburb. Hope Buffalo Bill's can last that long.
first time watching your channel. as i do enjoy buffets from time to time, i guess the algorithm wouldn't have let me find this channel otherwise. this review is very thorough, to a fault. I would just say that you are giving far too much respect to all this industrially prepared food that isn't much different to what is served in retirement homes, hospitals, and even prisons.
I respect all food. Regardless if it's prepackaged and frozen, a real human still took the time to heat it and serve it to me. I worked at Haagan Dazs and Denny's in my past and I was appreciative when people took me seriously regardless of my position or where I worked. So I appreciate the input, but I think my style is just not for you. Thanks for stopping by!
I am so happy you went there! I was wondering how it would be. Haven't been since 2007 and I think I paid about $5?? I was secretly hoping that the tamales would be amazing and that you'd say they were worth the drive. I know, I know. That's hella dumb. Thanks for another great video!!
Haha, I wanted the tamales to be good too but unfortunately they were not. I make this drive often to go see my folks in California so if it ever gets better, I'll let you know lol. Thanks for watching Holly!
@@hollydeitz yeah terrible if u look at the wrappers on the tamales in the buffet then go to Vallarta u will see the same wrapping those are Vallarta papers specifically
I've tried Taco Bell and Carl's Jr there and wasn't impressed with either at the time, but I was the only one there. McDonald's seems to get busier and they had great McRibs during that season! The Mad Greek that used to be there was top notch, but it was another Covid victim!
I've never stopped by the Carl's actually. But I make this drive pretty often to go to California and see my folks so maybe a super star is in my future. Thanks for watching!
They reopened the buffet, do you think they'll reopen the Desperado or water log ride?
No chance Shin lol

Hi Stacey! Thanks for supporting and enjoying the channel! I read and reply to all comments so feel free to drop a line anytime. I did go to Anthony's Sunday brunch. You can catch my video of it here: ruclips.net/video/dnJXwbjhytI/видео.htmlsi=DCZ1URb7E3eJYhBB
I've met a handful of viewers out and about so it can definitely happen. When you're in town, just comment on my latest video that you're around and I'll let you know where I'm filming that week and hopefully we can connect.
Hello Missouri!! Thanks for watching!
Thanks, Shin! Will do!
I will watch it now.
By the way, I wanted to say for a while that I love your “relatively” new hairstyle!
I just watched the video and realized that I had in fact seen it before! I saw it when it first came out a year ago, but I had forgotten, and yours never came up in the search engine, at least not that I saw. Thank you so much for sending that to me!
Our reservation is at 11:15, so I’m hopeful that I can get the beef Wellington fresh so it is not dry …
Thanks again!
Thanks so much for sharing that was a great video.
My favorite was the salad bar 😂 sorry to hear the food was just ok! 😕
Honestly, the price is reasonable and the food is passable. I'll probably still eat here again as I make the drive to California to see my folks pretty often. Thanks for watching!
@@VegaswithShin aw your welcome keep up the great work! 🥳 I live in Vegas so maybe I’ll see you around town sometime 👋
Now thats great news❤❤
Yes agreed! The more buffets the better! Thanks for watching!
Thank you for an honest opinion it really didn't rock my world either have a great week ❤
Not exactly gourmet for sure, but I still had a full belly and it was passable. Thanks for watching Lori!
Have a safe trip buddy ❤😊
For under 30$ I would say it’s worth it. Ty for another review.😊
The price is definitely accessible. Always nice when that's the case. Thanks for watching Laura!
Yeah, I'm typically more of a quality over quantity kind of guy but sometimes, a cheap buffet just hits the spot. Thanks for watching Lisa!
As I expected. It's fair at best.
South Point still wins as best buffet closest to Ca. 🤣🤣🤣
thanks for another fun local review
I'm with you in the South Point. My favorite locals buffet. Thanks for watching!
It looks like a buffet that someone would be eating at in a Quentin Tarantino movie just after they robbed a bank.
LOL!! I totally feel you. Thanks for watching!
that is a great description!!
Thank you for the review of the buffet. You were very brave to bite into the food not knowing what the taste would be.
The thrill of being a food RUclipsr lol. Thanks for watching!
It's just regular food😮😮
Aloha Shin! Your assessment of the fried chicken is proof you are a reasonable reviewer. Obviously this isn't a "scratch" buffet, but they did put their best foot forward. Decent food for the value. Mahalo for the big bites and big words!
Reasonable price and decent enough food. Thanks for watching Lu!
Thanks for taking one for the team, so we don't have to go!
Happy to save you the trip. Thanks for watching!
Looked a little light on the hot foods. What was there looked pretty good . Think a little far but if I was in the area why not . Thanks Shin !
I wouldn't go out of my way for this from Vegas but those coming in from California would benefit the most. Thanks for watching Kyle!
Surprised they had prime rib but I think the extra 30 minute drive to the South Point would make for a better buffet experience. Can always count on your honesty Shin! Great video!
South Point is objectively better for sure. Thanks Jay!
Its a modest spread since its just been reopened. I will try it out.
And the price is accessible at $27 for dinner. I hope you enjoy it if you go! Thanks for watching!
For the price it looks ok. Great for kids who can’t wait for Vegas
Well there is something for adults too. New video coming out today from their Sunday brunch and I had one of the best dishes of the year. I can't believe they had something this good. Check it out! Thanks for watching!
PLEASE....now Las Vegas reopen the rest of the buffets and go back to pre-Covid hours for all of the buffets!!!!
Yes! I really hope we get some more buffet openings in Vegas. Thanks for watching!
I’m pretty sure most buffets are now open. They’re just more expensive and some have a pretty strict time limit
@@SAsh-zg6ln nope. the off-strip, less pricey buffets are gone.
I have a feeling that we'll see more buffet openings in Vegas (and perhaps elsewhere as well)
Long time coming homie!
Yes agreed! I'm very glad a buffet is back regardless of where it is. Thanks for watching!
Hello Shin, wowo nice to know that they open Buffalo Bills restaurant/Buffet , the mexican tamales are always dry not my favorites but I see many variety of desserts I like that mmm --enjoy it all the good food
I was very surprised to find out they reopened! I thought we wouldn't get a new buffet in the Vegas space again. Thanks for watching!
Wow!! Haven’t been there in ages!
Same! I probably haven't been inside Buffalo Bill's in over a decade. Blast from the past.
Thanks for showing this and keep up the good videos! I like the deal!
I'm glad you liked it! Thanks for watching!
Have you thought about reviewing one of the Jollibee's in Vegas? It seems like people like to see food vloggers hit places that are familiar to them. And even though I understand that you like to review places local to Vegas, Jollibee could check both of those boxes.
I haven't done many chains but perhaps I'll look into expanding my videos later. Thanks for watching!
I heard Jolliebee is horrible food and not worth the money. My neice and her husband tried it out in Calgary,Alb Canada. Philipeano food.
Yayyyy a tru buffet vid. Get it.
Buffet videos are definitely fun to make and I had a good time. Thanks for watching!
You showed us several cakes I wish you would’ve tried a couple more. They looked incredible but a great review again, thank you.
I was really full by the end there but l try some more when I return for the breakfast buffet. Thanks for watching!
Perhaps the breakfast/ brunch may be a bit better Shin. I hope they can do something to improve the dinner buffet. It’s such an iconic place.
Thank you Shin ❤
That's true. I might do a quick visit to see how the breakfast is sometime. Thanks for watching!
Great video. Personally The best buffet is in Green Valley resort. Henderson. Pls try it. Even have Mexican menudo.
They never opened after Covid.
Don't believe it ever reopened unfortunately. Thanks for watching!
I think would be pass . But thanks again for Sharing Shin or the warning should I say ? Lol
Lol, definitely happy to save you the trip. Thanks Kyle!
Looks like the catfish was the star of the buffet, eh?
Absolutely the best dish I had when I went. Thanks for watching!
Jelly rolls, German chocolate cake.. yw😂
Aha! Thank you!
This is great news :)
I was happy to hear they reopened the buffet also! Thanks for watching!
Hey Shin, how are you? THANKS for taking one for the team this week with your review of this buffet at Buffalo Bill's. This week's question is, when you go to a buffet, do you prefer going to breakfast, lunch or dinner? Years back when the Station Casino's had the buffet going the breakfast and lunch was REALLY good, you would have enjoyed visiting there
I'm usually a dinner guy but when it comes to buffets, I can really get in on some brunch. Thanks for watching!
I was fortunate to ride the Desperado as a 90’s kid before they closed it. I recall each ride was only $5. I’ve never got to ride the water log ride though.
Color me jealous lol. I do hope they bring it back while my old body can take it. Thanks for watching!
Heard there are plans for a new Airport at Stateline and a rail from Airport to Airport.
If that is so, Primm has the potential to be the next Vegas suburb.
Hope Buffalo Bill's can last that long.
Oh yeah, I heard the same. That could bring a lot of people in. I hope they last too. Thanks for watching!
It looks good.
And the price is reasonable! Thanks for watching!
first time watching your channel. as i do enjoy buffets from time to time, i guess the algorithm wouldn't have let me find this channel otherwise.
this review is very thorough, to a fault.
Eat at White Castle in Prime which is located inside the Chevron gas station. The foods better!
I'll definitely have to stop by sometime. I go back to California often to see my folks so Primm is a common stop for me. Thanks for watching!
Those tamales are from Vallarta supermarket they buy them then put them in their buffet they are not that great !!
@@VegaswithShinthose are Vallarta supermarket tamales I swear !!
@@MUTHAFUKKERJONES This makes me sad.
@@hollydeitz yeah terrible if u look at the wrappers on the tamales in the buffet then go to Vallarta u will see the same wrapping those are Vallarta papers specifically
Always drive by from LA to Vegas! Only stopped at the Carl's Jr!
Very smart choice.
1. Not chocolate cake with nuts on top, it's German Chocolate Cake.
2. Not Apple or Peach pie with meringue, it's Lemon Meringue Pie.
Aha! Thank you!
