@@DansTastyTravels yes check it out. I think its good for your content as well. Bouchon bakery in Yountville is another famous people go to. Even people from another country.
Yeah! It's pretty good value with all things considered. Haha I'm not sure if it's the same owners of Seapot but I was a frequent visitor of Seapot Lunch Special as well when it was 18.99 😂
Planning to go there this coming Wednesday. Do they require reservation? Is only lunch buffet? Or do they have dinner buffet as well? Do find their foods overcooked or dry?
No reservations required! Just bring the priority pass card or QR code and your boarding pass! Sometimes there is a line to get in though. As for food options, it changes from breakfast to lunch and dinner. I think their food is alright. Usually it's pretty unique and vegetarian friendly. The soups are usually good 😊
I am so sorry I thought this was for another video 😅! For this restaurant. Only the lunch special is 19.99 dinner is different price but has crab and oysters! No need to make reservations, but if you want to call ahead to make sure there's space you can (650) 628-6868. I think the food overall is pretty good! Well worth the price
@@Angie-qd7sn lol yeah because I've been doing a lot of airport lounges and I thought you were referring to that one. Sorry! I looked up the Steakhouse by Napa and it looks delicious! Quite expensive though! I'll def check it out next time I'm in that area~
This has nothing to do with the creator of this channel posting this video, thanks for posting this . . But seeing these type of buffets, just want to comment how I get annoyed with these establishments lol. Not mad that they provide a good buffet for decent prices. But feel that besides Chinese food mostly being take out and delivery these days, . . I feel that these type of buffets are basically just Chinese Food restaurants using other food genres to reel you in, and once you reeled in, you feel a little cheated on most of the quality of food. Even the sushi buffet restaurants. At the end of the day, it seems like it's just Chinese Food again with sushi items. Same hot and sour soup and egg drop soup along with the miso soup, . . Same beef and broccoli and Chinese chicken wings, lol. And seafood boil is a popular thing right now. So this place tries to reel you in by calling it "Cajun" just like those Cajun places that you see in many food courts at malls, where it's all Chinese food! Lol. They call it "cajun" because you have bourbon chicken! Lol. That's it, one item to say it's a Cajun grill. Hahaha. So, these buffets here, I don't know why these businesses don't just season the crayfish the traditional Cajun way? It would be so much better. These places get all.the crawfish frozen. Not fresh. Same with some of these places with the snow crab legs. It's never heated. Just layed out on ice. So they still saving money getting their shipment of food the same way they have been getting it, but why not boil the crawfish, shrimp,.and snow crab legs (didn't see crab legs here but I know a lot of these places do have them for dinner) the traditional way with all the right seasonings to make it better? Then they can remove all that work of making all those Chinese dishes. It's easier to just do a big seafood boil, and then you would get more customers and make more money. Because let's face it, unless you are allergic, everyone is there for the seafood. And again, these places ain't spending much on the crawfish, which comes in frozen and a lot of it is not from the U.S. but shipped from other countries from crawfish farms. Not wild. Anyways, just wanted to point that out. These buffets are starting to get really lame, and it just seems like another Chinese Food business that instead of relying on good customer service or quality food, they reel you in with a cheap gimmick, like that person screaming at the food court "Bourbon chicken! Boubon chicken!" with the meat on a toothpick for you to try. Lmao
Lol Thanks for the comment! I actually agree with you, going to enough of these "buffets" it's basically the same thing over and over again with slight variations 😂
Oh no you are totally right regarding the fried items like fish chicken wings etc. were a bit dry. But the ones cooked in broth/sauce were pretty good! Like I mentioned the crawfish and shrimps were the best! It's a pretty good value just for those food alone in an all-you-can eat setting
Thank You for watching! Any restaurant recommendations around the Bay Area? Let me know!
@@DansTastyTravels my family and I loved Galpao Gaucho in Napa. If you havent been there, its a really good place

Yeah! I'd say it's worth a try for that price 😁
Looks good! Thanks for sharing.

Man that's a good price. I've been watching videos of LA with $149 buffets. This is a bargain. I wonder if this is the same company as Seapot.

I don't want to put you down, but that seafood looked dry as hell. At least, the crawfish looked good...

So... They are called supreme crab.. but not a single crab in sight. 😅
You can order crab a la cart Vietnamese Cajun.
For $30 bucks there''s better to be had..
Too crowded.
