Kids love pools man, once they're in you're never getting them out again. I never banned any kids though, I'd just put on a little act with the parents so their kids would see the security guard pointing them out and start thinking they were about to get in real trouble, the younger ones usually got out at that point lol.

So, technically speaking an officer of the law is allowed to detain any person involved in a crime until their investigation no longer requires them. They do not have to give you a reason. Especially if the state has stop and frisk laws once a cop has reasonable suspicion of a crime you arr in the moment required by law to provide all requested information truthfully to the best of your knowledge and are not allowed to leave until you do so or you could face arrest.

you're not wrong, it's that way with a lot of Rivers/Swamps. Game wardens can't even pick you up if you're on the water in most places. Step on the land tho and they can put you in cuffs.
