  • If it is not filter, and not battery? - sometimes it is related to the motor.

My assumption is that when you are blocking the motor - the current to motor is getting higher, if the motor has a problem it might do the pulsing.
In my case replacing the motor - did solve the problem.

Hey thank you for your excellent video my V10 was stuck Max only for a while, then it couldn't drive the carpet head and finally it stopped. Despite the cleaning, it was just the probably the circuit board on the motor that died. So taking to some local vacuum stores "We don't do hand held dysons" and watching your video. I got a used V10 motor .replaced it and now it runs like new!

The pulsing is the motor indicating there is a blockage. I have the V11, and when this happens the screen will tell me to check for a blockage. I guess it prevents excessive load on the motor.

A pulsing motor can indicate a blockage / flow restriction, a battery problem (end of life battery or cell fault that hasn't yet tripped BMS), or a motor / PCB hardware failure.

Not sure what’s the point of the video, the vacuum behaves like it should (if you block it pulsates).
But still it’s nice to see how to take it apart and put it back together.

I think it was pulsing during normal use, so replacing the motor solved that. Apparently pulsing is normal while blocking with hand though.

Ours was pulsing with absolutely nothing blocking it ... thought it might be the motor, and that I'd need to replace it. But I took it apart following this, and after a strange part fell out I put it together again and now it seems to be working again!!!

It s normal to make that because this is a shield protector for engine

Have u found the motor circuit board which components failed?
This is common for v10/v11 motor issue

I've had a couple of V10 motor pulsing moments and all of those were due to carelessly discarded panty episodes I've experienced in the past, that being said I've never doubted my V10 for a minute for I knew that it's monkey strong bowels were girded with strength like the loins of a dragon ribboned with fat and the opulence of buffalo dung.
