I grew up in Dubai and I always had fun spotting the numbers closest to 1, I've seen the no.1 license plate in Dubai however as I understood it, the first 100 numbers in Dubai are for the people closest to the king/royalty, which is why the king has the license plate number 1. I don't think they should cost this much however it makes a fun game for us peasants ahaha!!!
