I dont get it I did my first lesson today on krav maga and it was sparring and they just had us get a partner and hit eachother is that what it supposed to do?
Sparring multiple attackers is so dumb, all it does is give you fake confidence in your poor conditioning and technique because no one is actually trying to maim or kill you, pick up BJJ or MMA, where there's real competition and sparing.
@@hughesfarris6009 Best advice ever: Do not train for normal self defence situations, do sport where is absolute NO training for that. BJJ and multiple attackers ...LOL!!
The point of self defense is using simple yet effective techniques. Krav Maga was designed to be learned quickly while being able to defend yourself while NOT having to become a master beforehand.
@@SK-bl7uw Which is stupid because they master absolutely not of the the right techniques properly. Better to just learn one good martial art and not waste ur time.
Loll after watching several videos of krav sparing I can see there is no specific technique taught, this exact way of fighting is what street fighters use. If you are used to fighting in the streets, you really don't need to pay to learn this.
I think you made the key statement that does not apply to most people. You said "if you are used to fighting in the street you don't need KM" I don't think most people that want to learn a simple self defense system don't do a lot if any street fighting. In fact KM is not really designed for street fights but life or death self defense as a last resort. In addition you really can't get a good idea how KM would be used when they are in gloves and just sparring.

The art of attempting to mix a bunch of styles and do not perform properly in none of them XD.
It´s no art and no sport, but you are kind of right but it doesn´t matter :-D
I disagree it's not mixing arts for the sake of mixing arts. Its extracting what works in each art for self defence purposes purely.
In combat I would rather be a jack of all trades and a master at none
