Great lesson bro. There are so many videos about how to strike and offense but, not enough about defending wild punches. I have learned alot from your videos. I love how your training is always reality based. I will be looking forward to this entire series.

dont be discouraged for low views cause people often ran away from reality and practicality....but you have both of these...I watch your videos...keep going

It's so useful (& rare) to get a trusted training partner to throw light, long punches to train against. So valuable!
On another note, you've put out so much material over the years & during this pandemic. You put out so much effort & are always upbeat, sharing that energy (& useful ideas). It's easy these days to get down; it's refreshing to see folks like you who stay up.
If I'm ever in your area, maybe someday I'll train under you (& we'll go beserk on Greek food later!).

Great lesson Nick I have been watching your videos for many years and I especially like how your approach to fighting is reality based and you don't need to be a martial artist to defend yourself and even though I don't have the access to spar with other people I practice my techniques on my punching bag and I've won a lot of street fights because of your videos 👍👍👍.

A note on destructions as I learned from someone who trained in JKD concepts. Destructions were an outer range defense so you can see and time them because you kept the distance to do so until you could get your entry. Striking range defense was your parries, traps, and slips etc. Great video on defense and I learn a lot from your videos, keep it up. Good stuff 👍.

Nick reads minds. In one video around last week I commented that each time I think of one aspect of street fights he went on and made a vid about it . And here we go again lmao 😂 a couple of days after that comment I thought of these wild punches coming from e everywhere and he makes a video about it hahaha priceless

It's way better to learn to harden and tuffing your forearms if used effectively the attackter will not want to strike you no more from the great pain

Nick, man, that was cool outside and inside defense. Never seen you do that before. The Krav is strong in you.
Against a competent fighter, like you said, you should burst in and counter as quickly as you can. But if you’re going against the average blowhard, you’ll flatten their will to fight after you inside/outside a few of their sloppy punches.

however ... whilst i was like "yeah SEE!" she slipped the fork into her other hand and poked me one in the ribs!! lol fuck it!

I've caught several with it, haven't dropped anyone with it though. I just throw it and it connects.
I did catch one partner pretty hard, I felt the impact in my hand. He had to blink his eyes a few times.
