You guys definitely skipped an important step. Twist the black thing out at the top more because mines was all the way in I thought I was missing a piece
@@Mr.Monkeyofficial.usually you’re not allowed to go back into a burnt down home because of safety concerns. There’s no more structural stability and the whole thing could collapse on you Edit: also yes, metal can burn. It’s usually melted down!

You can take out some parts to make it shorter. Here are the height dimensions of different combination of parts：1. A+D：216-231cm; 2. A+B+D：232-247cm; 3. A+C+D：244-259cm; 4. A+B+C+D：260-275cm
I just bought my pole and figured out I have to add an extension but my bottoms to pieces are literally stuck together! Tried wd40 and still stuck any suggestions !!??
I installed according to these instructions and it was fine for about 2 weeks then began making a clicking noise. So I went to adjust it either to take it down and re-install or to extend the height adjuster more (whichever worked) and I can’t get it to twist either way. The bolt also won’t loosen and when I try to extend the pole a slight bit to dislodge the bolt enough to loosen it, it either starts to unscrew the 2 main poles from each-other or it forces the pole into spin mode even though the bottom screws are both secure. So basically mine is stuck in place and I can’t get it down.
I installed it and everything seemed to be going fine until i put it in static and try to spin it would loosen. I made sure the golden piece is tightened but it still loosening. i need helpppppp!
min 1:50 to adjust pole when is out of alignment: Just use the pen against clock then put the pole in proper alignment, use pen again clockwise and set with lots of preasure
Me and my siblings where sitting here for 2 hours trying to figure out what the instructions where talking about, and I found this video after we took it apart again and we where able to put it together in literally 5 minutes 💀
I loosened the top a bit, that helped. I’m assuming the pressure of it doesn’t let it spin smoothly. Hope this helps! I’m also considering a stability board.

I'm having the same problem with mine. I never had problems like this with my xpole. Saddly I built up an allergy to it. Hopefully this is a good replacement.

My collar for the top even when screwed tightly wobbles around and dings, and you can still see the gold bolt. The adjuster shaft is extended just past where the collar ends but adding an extension pole is too much height and then I can’t get the dome on. Do we know why or what I can try? It’s almost like the top bearing is a little too small for the collar because if it fit it wouldn’t be loose. I’ve seen in other videos it’s relatively snug and mine is not whatsoever. If there was a 2 inch extension instead of the larger ones it might work but I haven’t seen one from this brand.
You gotta buy a better quality pole. These can be ok for beginners but anyone would tell you it’s better to get an x pole or other reputable brand. It sucks you gotta pay a lot of money but it’s worse if you become permanently disabled or injured badly because your pole falls apart while you’re mid air
@@daaliysia only the black part, as soon as you twist it low enough it should be able to slide from under the ceiling, to this day my whole pole is intact under my bed cause i couldn’t find the strength the twist off each of the three pieces or maybe it’s stuck
mine as well. I uninstalled and reinstalled a second time. it will not spin or I don't know how to get it to spin. I don't have Facebook so I can't contact via Facebook unless I ask a friend. Is there another way to contact to figure out to put is spin mode?

Mine was fine but I get a few trucks in before it falls or slides to the side then gets stuck
I moved and tried setting up my pole and it does not seem to be tall enough could I get another extension. My ceiling height is 11’2
How do we get the pole to spin without it losing grip? Everytime we take the bottom screws out for it to spin the pole falls.

I loosened the top a bit, that helped. I’m assuming the pressure of it doesn’t let it spin smoothly. Hope this helps! I’m also considering a stability board.

Please make sure each screw is tightened during the assembly process.

The lotion did not work. Each connecting piece is stuck together - i’m not even that strong so i don’t get how i managed to get it so stuck

@@daaliysia hey yeah, put the metal piece through the hole and twist very hard to the right and it should start to come loose to twist
