Sorry for my late response... to be honest i am not 100% sure, I kind of you took whatever wooden board I could find ;) But I think like 3 cm (about 1Inch) :)
No worries, I think there are other great videos out there on the topic :) I know a lot of the brands you can buy home poles from have good explanations too.
Yes they are fine as long as you choose a formal grand. I always recommend buying from X-Pole or Lupit Pold, they are more expensive but safe. It's also always a good idea to check the pole before each training ;)
6:21 I was truly listening. You gave some great advice but by this time in the video my mental had drifted off LOL. Thank you for being so informative that is very helpful.. just a suggestion to maybe shorten it up just a tad bit. I love your video❤
In general I would not recommend assembling and disassemble a home pole everyday, it will break very fast. I would choose a little more expensive option, buying a studio pole you can take up and down with a fixed mount in the celling :)
The video was so helpful thanks! I‘m wondering since the pole uses so much pressure to be stable, will it not leave an imprint in the floor? I‘m glas for any help/recommendations! ☺️
You are very welcome love :) Yes it might leave a mark, in my old apartment it was clear to see, where it had been standing, but in my new apartment the floor is harder and it's not visible. The thing about this that is important is the fact that it makes a mark means it also need to be ajustet from time to time not to fall down from lack of pressure :)
@@molly.pretzelThank you for the video it’s very helpful! Do you think it would help if I put the pole on a carpet or a wood board like you did on the ceiling to prevent damage of the floor?
Hi! I installed a pole at home and it wiggles from the center even though it’s firm in place. It’s like it’s bending from the lower end of center, where the threaded extension rod is in the pole. Does this mean it’s unsafe to use?
Hmmm there is a couple of things that might be the issue 🤔 This two things that I think is important to consider: 1. How tall is the pole? If it’s tall it is not possible not to wiggle. 2. Did you place the longer part of the extension close to the floor? The longer piece should always be lowest :) This is a little hard to explains on text, if it does not make sense, you are welcome to send me a video as a DM on my Instagram Molly.Pretzel ♥️
I have a question about the wooden board. How did you install the wooden board into the ceiling? Did you drill it in the ceiling? I'm planning to get a portable dancing pole, and I'm not trying to damage my ceiling as much as I can. What dancing pole would you recommend that extends from 6.5/7 feet?
Ja det plejede de i hvert fald at gøre. Men jeg ved at de har haft lidt problemer med levering på det sidste... Men jeg kender op til flere studier, der har x-poles her i DK :)
Heyyy i got a question 😁 How thick is the wooden board you use for the ceiling?
Sorry for my late response... to be honest i am not 100% sure, I kind of you took whatever wooden board I could find ;) But I think like 3 cm (about 1Inch) :)
thanks for your video! I wonder, did you glue the wood on the ceiling? or you only put the pressure from the pole into the wood and the ceiling?
Only pressure
as Antonella wrote only pressure :)
Thanks very much 🤍
I can’t understand what you’re saying when you do the voice effects.

Being a western man who feels he's a muslem woman can I wear a full burka when using the pole.
I only haven’t liked it so it can stay at 222 thank u so much
Witch celling do you have ? Can I install on drywell celling pole dance ?
I am not sure I would recommend installing a pole on a drywell celling :/
I am actually not sure about what mine is, but it's solid.
The ones that aren’t screwed into the ceiling, are they safe? It’s not going to fall down?

I am a male but I am interested in learning pole dancing, can you give me any suggestions?
Your sex does not make a difference :) You can use any tutorials here on RUclips and most studios welcome any sex with open arms
@@molly.pretzel ok,thanks for your reply, but i am an asian,i think we seldom have studios to learn pole dancing here
@@molly.pretzel can you recommend me where to buy high heels suitable for pole dancing?
Hi, which is easier and faster to assemble and disassemble every day? thanks😄

Question, would the ceiling crack of if the wood on the ceiling isn’t in a beam?
absolutely
YES :/

Oh my god that precious little whippet (I think?!) baby 😍
Does the wood need to be in a beam for the ceiling not to crack
No that’s not necessary, but I would recommend placing the pole under a beam 😌
Thank you so much!!! There’s barely any information out there and even from the sellers🥲❤️
I've always loved 50s. People said it would be harder for hand grip and my hands aren't massive but it was always more stable feeling for me.
I actually haven’t been on a 50 for years now, so honestly I don’t have a clue how I feel about them anymore 😅

If I was her, I would have just had somebody hold it up for me until I had the pole expanded to keep it up:)
Where'd you get that pink couch though? I been wanting pink/purple furniture
hahaha I got it second hand 🫠 but unfurtunetly I had to sell it again, as it took up to much space for my training 😖😖😖😖
Thank you so mychhhh
You are welcome
You're pink couch is amazing, do you know where I can find it?
Thank you!
I loved it too, got it second hand :)
- unfurtunetly I had to sell it beacause of space issues :(
when your ceiling cracked, what kind of ceiling did you have? not concrete is it?
I do not remember, but for sure it wasent concrete :)
Fragter XPole til Danmark?:)

How thick should the wood be, and ehat type of wood? Plywood?
I think mine is like 1,5 cm. and I just took whatever wood I could find :)
