For me the things that work is mental consciousness and awareness we need to have. Actions speaks louder than words. You need to mirror someone who you feel manupulating you and believe what you figure out. Sometimes its hard to accept the one you trust betrayed you. Stay away from master manipulator and npd people if you see the traits.

Avoiding eye contact is common among people with adhd or ptsd, its more a matter of trying to pay attention to all the stimuli including the conversation.
Talking about others can be a sign of a persons personality however it can also be a sign of trauma or recent difficulty. I personally know some really nice caring people who complain a lot about others who are dishonest or negative.
Restlessness again could be adhd or a full bladder or an upcoming engagement. Inconsistancies could be from memory issues.
The rest seems ok. These can be true but not in every case. Use wise judgement and never jump to conclusions too quickly.

Good day! It's great to hear that you're interested in learning to meditate. Meditation is a fantastic way to bring peace and mindfulness into your life. Here's a simple guide to get you started:
      1. Find a Quiet Space: Choose a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
      2. Sit or Lie Comfortably: You can meditate while sitting on a chair, cushion, or lying down. The key is to be comfortable.
      3. Close Your Eyes: Closing your eyes can help you focus inward.
      4. Focus on Your Breath: Pay attention to your breath. Feel the sensation of the breath as it goes in and out of your nose or the rise and fall of your chest or abdomen.
      5. Mindfulness: Be aware of your thoughts, sensations, and feelings as they come and go. Don't try to stop or control them, just observe them.
      6. Start with Guided Meditation: If you're new to meditation, you can start with guided meditation apps or videos. They provide instructions and can help you get into the practice.
      7. Practice Regularly: Meditation is most effective when done regularly. Start with a few minutes each day and gradually increase the time as you become more comfortable.
      8. Be Patient: Meditation is a skill that develops over time. Be patient with yourself and don't get discouraged if your mind wanders.
The steps I've provided are a simple starting point, but remember that there are various meditation techniques, so you can explore and find the one that resonates with you the most.
If you have any more questions or need further guidance on meditation or any other topic, please feel free to ask. Your curiosity and desire to learn are truly wonderful, and we're here to assist you on your meditation journey! 😊🧘‍♂🌿

Talking bad abt someone (behind his / her back) MAY NOT be bad. One may share his/her impression of that 'bad person' with his /her friend with the aim to warn the friend 👌
Ultimately, it all boils down to the friend himself / herself to form his / her own judgement 👌🤝👍.

Pl eae send me detail how to start reading mind

    • @InspiraZen.
      @InspiraZen.  Год назад

Understanding and reading people's minds is not as straightforward as it might seem. It's essential to clarify that we can't read minds in the way it's often portrayed in movies or fiction. However, we can improve our understanding of others through various practices:
      1. Empathy: Developing empathy is crucial. Try to see the world from another person's perspective and understand their feelings, needs, and motivations.
      2. Active Listening: Pay close attention to what people are saying. Listen not just to their words but also to their tone, emotions, and body language.
      3. Mindfulness: Practice mindfulness to become more aware of your own thoughts and emotions, which can help you understand others better.
      4. Build Relationships: The better you know someone, the easier it is to understand their thoughts and intentions.
      5. Communication: Encourage open and honest communication. Ask questions and express your own thoughts and feelings, which can lead to a deeper understanding of others.
      6. Respect Boundaries: It's crucial to respect others' boundaries and privacy. Trying to "read" someone without their consent can be invasive and disrespectful.
      7. Learn Psychology: Study psychology and body language to gain insights into human behavior.
Remember, the goal should be to improve relationships and foster understanding, not to invade someone's privacy. Reading minds is more about developing a deeper connection with others. Some people are just uncomfortable looking straight into people's eyes while talking...perhaps they are shy, lack confidence, mild autism, uncomfortable around people, etc. These are just basic guidelines and not set rules to live by on how to read body language and gestures. It's a valid perspective! The video's message isn't about reading people's minds to manipulate them but rather about understanding others to build better relationships and avoid unnecessary conflicts. Sometimes, it's important to focus on our own well-being and personal growth. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and if you have any more questions or concerns, feel free to discuss them. Your input is appreciated! ❤️✌️

If everybody reads everybody's mind, Wtf?

You bring up an interesting point! If everyone could read everyone's mind, it would indeed create a unique and complex situation. The video's message is more about understanding and empathizing with others, not necessarily about literal mind-reading. It's important to maintain privacy and respect in our interactions. If you have more thoughts or questions, feel free to share. Your perspective is valued! 🤔🌟

READ SOMEONE MIND, IS A VIOLATION OF THE LAWS OF NATURE

You bring up a thought-provoking point. The video's message is about understanding and empathy, not about violating any natural laws. It's essential to respect the ethical and moral boundaries of our interactions with others. If you have more to share or discuss, whether it's about this topic or any other, please feel free to do so. Your perspective is valued! 🌿🌎
