    Mam, protein consumption should be according to weight ? Isnt it 1.0 to 1.8 perkg body weight

    Please tell protien sources for dairy allergy and leaky gut ,
    I am sufffering from leaky gut , gluten allergy and leaky gut I cant digest cheese , milk and yogurt wheatflour and lentils .
