I'm sitting here in Germany watching this video and it's prompted me to do mental calculations to work out when will it be worth my while to return to SA permanently! Thanks for the inspirational showcasing of our beautiful country!
This videos of the roads trips are really enjoyable to watch and are so helpful when wanting info on road conditions and different routes and to just see the scenery. We recently did the route that you took from JHB to CPT, what an awesome route to take.

Hi Frik, Thank you, I would suggest the following. First stop can be at Vryburg, just after the turnoff coming from De la Reyville. There is also another stop between Vryburg and Kuruman. Next stop can be at Olifantshoek at the Engen (note some of them you will have to pay). Then again at the Engen in Upington (or even the mall). Past Upington you can stop at the Caltex in Kakamas.
