    Adhesion to difficult-to-bond, low surface energy substrates can be improved using plasma surface treatment. Improving how an adhesive or other material wets to a surface can increase overall adhesion.
    This video demonstrates how both handheld and robot mounted plasma surface treatment equipment from our partner Relyon Plasma can improve bond strength.

    if the plasma treatment is coated with aluwire (metalise process), what is the condition of the plasma treatment?? did the plasma treatment disappear because it was covered with aluwire??? Please answer my question...thks

      Thank you for your comment. I don't understand your question, I'm sorry. The plasma treatment is a surface phenomena, so if you coat the surface with metallisation, then the plasma treatment becomes irrelevant?

    Can your systems be used for glass bonding? Does it use O2 or N2 plasma?

    • @intertronics
      @intertronics  3 года назад

      Yes! Cold plasma can be effectivly used on glass to improve bonding. Our latest addition to the range is the PZ3, which you can find more information about here: www.intertronics.co.uk/product/piezobrush-pz3-handheld-plasma-surface-treatment/. They use O2 based plasma.
