    Is this a mistake 0:39 "increases surface tension = better wetting capability"? Doesn't decrease surface tension = better wetting capability? Maybe this was supposed to read "increases surface energy = better wetting capability"?

      increase surface tension is equal to better wettability. it's correct. higher surface energy also leads to better wettability
