Pico lasers are pigment lasers and are primarily intended to address pigmentary lesions (tattoos, solar lentigos, freckles etc), but some machines have handpieces capable to doing skin rejuvenation and treating mild to moderate acne scars. It is best to have this conversation with a trusted practitioner so that the right treatment recommendation can be given to you.
I’ve been suffering for acne breakout since 2020 and even up to present. I don’t really know what to do, I don’t really know how to cure them Doc. It ruins my confidence and it also affects me mentally😢

I know it’s not related in this video,but I would like to ask you my personal concern.before I had a dark spots and pimple marks on my face.and then I used a rejuvenating set for about 3 mos.and I’m using also a sleeping collagen mask.so far it lightens,but still have.do I still continue to use that, or not.??.. In day time my skin care routine is: facial cleanser,moisturizer and sunscreen.at night,I used toner after cleansing,then a night cream.

Hmmm I guess if you’re skin issues are getting better is one. Another is when you feel confortable and confident with your derm after every consultation and if you feel that your derm truly understands what your issue is and what you want to happen.

Hi dra. Can you make a content about body hair and shaving for teens. As a hairy teen, it is one of my insecurity, my body hairs specially on my arms and legs, I want to be enlighten and to know how to get rid po of my body hairs.

Doc.what age is right to start skin care,especially when having a pimples,or acne on face..
Wala talagang specific age to start a skincare routine but ako as early as now, i teach my young kids to properly wash their faces and put on sunscreen when outdoors (they are 8 and 10 y/o). Getting them into the habot of carong for their skin prepares them para pag nagsisimula na magkaroon ng acne mas masipag sa nila kasi kailangan mag apply ng products.

Ang recommended po sa clinic is 2 weeks interval pero di ko po nasusunod. One month before ako nakakabalik
After ko po ba matapos ang 6 sessions makikitaan ko po ba ng improvement ang dark spots at konteng scars ko na di ko po nasusunod ang 2 weeks interval?
One thing pa po doc yung acne ko araw araw nalang po may natubk nakaka stress na po talaga. after po ng 6 sessions bihira na po kaya ako tubuan?
I normally do my lasers 4 weeks apart, pero iba iba kasi ang protocols na sinusunod. Para sa akin ok lng yan pero best na itanong mo ung gumawa sayo.

Hello po doc gudevening.may hormonal acne din po ako sa jaw line.ung derma ko po niresetahan ako ng soap benzoyl peroxide,clarifying toner,erithromyin toner,acne lotion,sun screen sa morning at night po is din ng mga soap and toner tapos retenoic acid gel 0.5% at azelaic acid 10%.natuyo po lahat red marks nalang po.at antibiotic po na doxycycline doxin 100mg once a day

Doc pa help po ang tagal ko ng nag suffer sa acne tapos grabe kung mag dark spot pa help naman po kung ano pwede kong gamitin or gawin paraa stop or malessen ang mga sumpa😭😭
