As a sweet tooth, hirap talaga mag control nag sweets and dairy products huhu grabe yung tigyawat ko plus the STRESS i've experienced due to my work. And then I realized maybe the Stress i've experienced triggers it all: inconsistent sleeping pattern, unlimited cravings for sweets and uncontrollable hormones. Sana talaga mawala nato, nakakawala ng confidence :(( BUT thanks for this informative video, it widens my knowledge and I think of it as a reminder to be in control of everything and to never give up!

hiiii, is it okay to use micellar water alone for cleansing when you have a damage barrier? i don't wear make and heavy sunscreen po
Micellar water contains surfactants too & still needs to be followed with a facial cleanser.
If you have a damaged skin barrier, use a mild facial cleanser.

@@ynahliban depende siguro sa brand. Yung Bioderma, di sticky sa face. Feeling ko okay sya irinse with water only. Better use a mild cleanser.

tinanggap ko nalang talaga na ganto ang balat ko. after graduating sa isotretinoin bumalik acne ko. good thing hindi na siya ganon kalala compared before.❤
currently on my 6th month of isotret and cleared naman talaga yung face ko sa acne pero yung marks talaga andito pa. Di naman ako maka laser pa

Azelaic acid is pwede for buntis but not the tretinoin.
may experience ka ba na medyo may stingy at makati na sunscreen?
I can now confirm that i have hormonal acne. I would usually get cystic acne on my chin and jaw line, sobrang malaki malalim and mahirap mawala 😢 i really want to get a check up and try oral supplements 🙏

You need an allergist and derma. Ni refer po ako ng derma sa allergist kasi may test sila kung ano may trigger ka from food, to alikabok, mga balahibo at marami pa.

gamit po kayo ng mga product na may niacinamide at ceramide 😊 sobrang epektib pramis kakalma mga pimples nyo 😊😊 consistent lang talaga wag mawalan ng pag asa 😊 6month na ako gumagamit ng product na may niacinamide and ceramide sobrang nakatulong sa tulad kong mga hormonal acne.😊😊 subukan nyo walang naman mawawala tska wag maglalagay ng ibat ibang product sa mukha, ang importante moisturizer sa gabi sunscreen sa umaga. yun lang pramis epektib tlga marami nakakapansin na di na ako pinimples pag magkakaroon nalang pag buwanang dalaw 😊😊 sana makatulong 😊😊
