The story of the ex boyfriend that shot Lindsay then himself that dispatcher is rude as hell and disrespectful too. Imo 911 dispatchers need to take sensitively classes so they aren't so disrespectful and rude to scared callers.
All my chores are done, back in my jammies with tea and under the covers. I'm so ready for this video. I hope you're holding up, as best as one can. You really have been in my prayers lately.
That kid whose boyfriend and mother were both killed by her ex was so calm, it was scary to listen to her. "I just want these bodies out of my house". I wonder if it was shock maybe. She was only 17 so it's possible, I guess, after what she just witnessed.
yeah i thought the same thing but shock for sure. i witnessed my friend get hit by a truck (she’s okay and well) and all i could focus on was her scarf in the middle of the road. i was emotional of course but i guess i’m trying to express that your mind is so unpredictable in shock.
Yeah shock is crazy. It's common to hyperfixate on inanimate objects, disassociate or even just repeat the exact same thought you last had. Sometimes you can be extremely calm or be wild and inconsolable. I have been hit by a cat 2 times while I was riding a bicycle. Without going into a whole lot of detail I was bleeding pretty bad in the first one and I screamed so loud I terrified people. I was hurt but my injuries weren't even that bad. I was just in such a state of shock and fear I stared at my hands covered and belted out a long scream. After that I was crying but I calmed down pretty quick and was able to talk to people. The 2nd accident I got up pulled my bike out of the middle of the road, and walked over to the driver and asked if she was ok. I hadn't even checked myself for any external injuries. In both cases I had road rash and mild fractures but my mind didn't even register what the actual pain was until several hours later. Also just a little more info, the 17 had also been tortures for hours at the Ex's hands, and her current boyfriend was killed first. The last person to die was the ex boyfriend. She likely had already been staring at her current boyfriends body for several hours. It would be surprising if she just disassociated.
Man, I hope youre doing alright. I mean- I appreciate the video, but you just had a tragedy in your family and I can only imagine how difficult making this video must have been. Take care.
@@kaidensworld945the whole call sounds weird... She's just talking normal and said that I was in shock.... Like just want the bodies out of the house like wtf! She was forced to watch her new boyfriend be murdered with an ax. I would want everything to disappear too. Maybe then it wouldn’t be real. I know it sounds effed up to say “I just these bodies out of my house”, but nothing she could after that needs to be normal.
Maryan's acting is quite amazing. The whole "I can't remember if the car was there when I was there earlier" thing is such a natural reply for an innocent person. But lying this effectively on the fly is insane given she knew where Jose and his car was the whole time. It's such a minor detail, but not something someone inexperienced at deceit would even think of.
I come looking for this. That poor guy on the phone yelled omg he shot her and started apologizing because it was traumatic to him. She had 0 compassion. Definitely dont need that job
It was touching to hear about how you found your father. And that you have a younger brother. It is unfortunate that your father wasn't in your life to cook up some delicious meals! I'm very happy for you. Thank you for sharing.
I was thinking the same thing. Could almost hear her shrugging. I mean, it's small town Iowa; there's no way she hears calls like that on a daily basis. What a cold bitch.
What the hell is wrong with some of these operators, they are just so cold and indifferent. Also im so sorry about your loss and the tragedy your family is going through, i hope youre doing okay ❤ i cant imagine how you must feel but i send you my deepest condolences

The first 1, got my anxiety ALL THE WAY UP. How tf that rude ass dispatcher gonna tell the caller, 2 stop talking, but kepted asking the caller questions ? 🤬
THESE DISPATCHERS NEED TO LEARN TO BE CARING AND REALIZE THE PEOPLE CALLING THEM ARE IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION AND IT IS NOT ABOUT HOW THE DISPATCHER IS FEELING. THATS WHY THE DISPATCHERS HAVE SPECIALIST TO TALK TO AT THE END OF THE DAY. IT IS ALWAYS SUPPOSED TO BE ABLOUT THE CALLER. MAKING ME QUESTION PEOPLE THESE DAYS EVEN MORE.
ohmygod, Brittany .... i just want to hold her. 😢 i could not even begin to imagine ... i am terrified of the day my mother passes, let alone if she's killed. that poor girl. 😢
Desiree didn't sound like she was all upset she was more worried about getting the bodies out of her home. But I guess everybody mourns in a different way . But my prayers go out to the families who have lost loved ones in this tragic incident
Poor Brittany. She was hysterical, rightfully so, it absolutely broke my heart. Crushed me. And the girl that said “I just want these bodies out of my house” was really strange.
I REALLY hope the first dispatcher hears that 911 call and really thinks hard about how she does her job everyday. She either needs to get some compassion or switch careers.
This 17 year old girl just watched her ex hack her current boyfriend to death then watches her ex blow his brains out and says “i just want these bodies out of my house”. That was really really weird.
She had been held hostage for hours. I'm sure her emotions had just kind of shut down by that point. The physical pain would have been what she was feeling at the time.
Yeah, it is odd. But imagine waking up to horrible, personal violence like that. We're likely to either freak out, or to varying degrees we'd shut down (anything up to, and including going catatonic).
so many of these dispatchers should leave the job. if they are saying "dont yell at me" when they are yelling for help they should be taken off the call and fired immediately

The minute they start arguing with incoming calls, they should get pulled off the line that day.
Props to the dispatcher handling Brittany's call, she did amazing at keeping her talking and helping her stay calm, unfortunately not all of them handle things that well.
The first story kind of bugs me. Why did she have to tell him that she wanted to end the relationship at the daughter's birthday dinner? She's not responsible for his actions, but that doesn't mean she's all that great either. Maybe, it doesnt matter in the grand scheme of things, but time and place are important.
@Littlelikeme92 that's for sure. I made my comment before I even found out about the cheating and all that, so I'm with you. None of them deserves what happened including the patrons and workers at the restaurant, but I can't help but wonder if things might have been different had she not made some of the decisions she made especially that night. Maybe not, because he was already having issues, but it really bothers me that she chose his daughter's birthday dinner to have such a serious conversation with him. Going from the happiness of seeing his kids and celebrating the birthday to the low of finding out your relationship ends in like the same short span doesn't seem like it would be a good idea.
@@Mewse1203 I don’t want to victim blame but she was cheating and he knew and she knew he knew. He was already mentally unstable then she decided the best time to tell him she wanted to leave him was at her daughter’s birthday dinner? It’s kind of an unspoken rule that you don’t break up with someone like on a holiday or significant life event. There are so many things she could have done to keep her family safe and she did the opposite. Like if you know someone is unhinged you plan accordingly.
@@chasamonroe9007 He displayed so many signs of being unbalanced. It would have been much safer to bide her time and wait til he went to work or something then left and went to a safe place where he didn’t know the location. I think it’s a common mistake to believe a public place will be safer in this day and age. You’re not creating a safer environment for yourself you’re just putting others at risk. I’m not saying she deserved any of this at all because she didn’t and I feel awful for the children. But listening to her in that 911 call made me think she wasn’t the brightest bulb in the tanning bed. The husband is to blame for his own actions but she didn’t need to trigger him during her daughter’s birthday party and set him off. If someone shows signs of being unhinged you have to take it at face value. She pushed his buttons every chance she got and ignored every single red flag. She didn’t even try to hide her affair very well. It’s almost like she wanted to hurt him out of spite. That’s enough to set off a sane person. I guess I just have so much relationship trauma that these are things I constantly take into consideration because I value my safety. But that’s prob why I’m single and childless too 😂 Again I want to be clear, I’m not blaming her for his actions. But I think this is important information for people ( not just women) to take into consideration when leaving a dangerous situation or a volatile partner.

How exciting!!! 🤗💖
@@redxfingernails it really was. She even apparently went to the same high school as I did but many years before. We look so similar when I first saw her picture I was stunned. At least I know what I'll look like when I get older!
@@khippie777That's so cool!
😂😂😂😂 I’m honestly scared to do it.
I've heard these calls before and Brittany did such a good job.
Yeah, Urmaker covered all these before.
@@dmreddragon6 I know, a couple other channels I listen to did as well. But Urmaker is my favorite
She did but I'm confused on one thing. Was the baby OK? I thought he said the baby was OK but then posted the baby pic when talking about details of a shooting victim. Then he never said where baby went after that, just that Brittany was with her father now. So is the baby OK?
@@peacockexplosion7191 It said the baby was pronounced dead at hospital :( so she still had signs of life at the scene but the hospital mustn't have been able to revive her :(
@@katharris7026 Thank you. I listened twice and somehow missed hearing she was hurt. Poor baby 😢
The story of the ex boyfriend that shot Lindsay then himself that dispatcher is rude as hell and disrespectful too. Imo 911 dispatchers need to take sensitively classes so they aren't so disrespectful and rude to scared callers.
"Hysterical people really get on my nerves, I think I'll be a 911 dispatcher." WHY?!?!??
The first one is tough. My son passed as a baby 13 years ago when I was 21 so trying to comprehend someone taking their child's life is unfathomable.
I hope you’re doing okay, your family is in my thoughts. ❤
All my chores are done, back in my jammies with tea and under the covers. I'm so ready for this video.
I hope you're holding up, as best as one can. You really have been in my prayers lately.
Hey Bobby,
Sending positive, healing vibes to you, and your loved ones.
That kid whose boyfriend and mother were both killed by her ex was so calm, it was scary to listen to her. "I just want these bodies out of my house". I wonder if it was shock maybe. She was only 17 so it's possible, I guess, after what she just witnessed.
Uhh you can go into shock at ANY age...
Either she was in a serious state of dissociation, or she was in on it somehow.
yeah i thought the same thing but shock for sure. i witnessed my friend get hit by a truck (she’s okay and well) and all i could focus on was her scarf in the middle of the road. i was emotional of course but i guess i’m trying to express that your mind is so unpredictable in shock.
She almost sounds like a sociopath. That's not shock. That's lack of empathy.
Take care.

What happened???
I feel so bad for Desiree, not knowing her mom was also murdered. I would be devastated if my mom died.
She had no care about the new boyfriend she wanted the bodies out the house she sounds fucked up
@@kaidensworld945the whole call sounds weird... She's just talking normal and said that I was in shock.... Like just want the bodies out of the house like wtf! But not knowing her mom is dead is definitely gonna mess her up she sounds like this is a normal day or something... At 17 to be this calm is weird
Some of these operators are so rude. It's infuriating
40:03. He wasn't yelling at her! Even after she got shot, the operator showed NO emotion. She does NOT need to have that job. What a biznitch!
This was the episode of the worse 911 0perators ever. The Lindsay girls operator was..just wow...
I know I thought what a bitch! Wow
I was thinking the same thing. Could almost hear her shrugging. I mean, it's small town Iowa; there's no way she hears calls like that on a daily basis. What a cold bitch.
Thanks Urmaker! I’ve missed your videos very much. There’s not many good yt’s around anymore.
"I just want these bodies out of my house"DAMN people really do deal with trauma differently. Very sad that her mom was killed too. Chilling
Thanks urmaker for all the brilliant content. To all the people watching this on your own.

That second call was so heartbreaking. I hope Brittney is able to talk to someone that can help her through that horrific tragedy she experienced.
Listing to Brittany. I started crying too. I wanted to hug her so bad. The officer who found her was so compassionate to her.
What the hell is wrong with some of these operators, they are just so cold and indifferent.
Also im so sorry about your loss and the tragedy your family is going through, i hope youre doing okay ❤ i cant imagine how you must feel but i send you my deepest condolences

I want you to know if you ever need an ear outside of family and friends, you've got one here in Parker.
Talk about clueless operators, asking dumb questions and not listening carefully...The 2nd call. She couldn't even think of the right questions to ask...
They do that to keep the person on the line & help calm them down.

The bravery and strength of Desiree is amazing. Shed just been held hostage and wstched as two giys she had feelings for died in front of her and she was just strong. I hope she's doing well.
What gets me is I'm dead in my right ear and my left ear is at 80% and I can hear them better than some dispatchers smfh. I find myself yelling at the dispatcher even tho I know they ask twice to confirm but damn it gets me

The first 1, got my anxiety ALL THE WAY UP. How tf that rude ass dispatcher gonna tell the caller, 2 stop talking, but kepted asking the caller questions ? 🤬
Brittany if you ever read this just know that I am so sorry you had to go through that honey❤. Just know people are praying for you🙏
Choosing Cracker barrel to announce a break up is the worst idea ever. Next time choose a police station

The 1st and 4th Events 911 Operators need refresher training in compassion and patience.
It angers me when dispatchers tell 911 callers to calm down, at possibly the worst and most terrifying moment of their lives.
Wouldn’t you tell the girl to hide in case JT came back or hadn’t left??? The operator didn’t tell her to hide or at least lock the damn door?!
I was thinking that! I would have told her to lock or barricade the door.
Some of these operators need retraining. Some are so rude and just dont listen.
Your narration is PHENOMENAL.
How on Earth is there a service that will block someone else from receiving phone calls?
Desiree didn't sound like she was all upset she was more worried about getting the bodies out of her home. But I guess everybody mourns in a different way . But my prayers go out to the families who have lost loved ones in this tragic incident
Poor Brittany. She was hysterical, rightfully so, it absolutely broke my heart. Crushed me.
And the girl that said “I just want these bodies out of my house” was really strange.
I am starting to hate dispatchers because some of them are just awful and they're talking to people in duress!!
Yay! Smashed the like button as soon as I saw the notification. 😂
Thanks for the upload!
Even though I wonder why I listen half the time.... 😂😘
The lack of training the second dispatcher clearly lacks is so cringe 😬
I REALLY hope the first dispatcher hears that 911 call and really thinks hard about how she does her job everyday. She either needs to get some compassion or switch careers.
This 17 year old girl just watched her ex hack her current boyfriend to death then watches her ex blow his brains out and says “i just want these bodies out of my house”. That was really really weird.
I was going to comment the same thing. She didn’t seem upset at all. Her tone and behavior seemed totally indifferent
@@Spooky_515 I get that she would have been in shock, but to say “get these bodies out of my house”…. It was like her leg injury was her main concern.
She had been held hostage for hours. I'm sure her emotions had just kind of shut down by that point. The physical pain would have been what she was feeling at the time.
detachment or derealization is a trauma response
Yeah, it is odd. But imagine waking up to horrible, personal violence like that. We're likely to either freak out, or to varying degrees we'd shut down (anything up to, and including going catatonic).
so many of these dispatchers should leave the job. if they are saying "dont yell at me" when they are yelling for help they should be taken off the call and fired immediately
I love your voice its so calming. I wish you did sleep stories 😴 separately from these 911 calls, like some positive stuff i could easily fall asleep listening to your voice if the story was postive

Thank you for making these videos! I enjoy them immensely!
Empathy should be the bare minimum requirement for 911 dispatchers. That first dispatcher is clearly lacking in that department.
Horrible dispatcher on the first call! Absolutely no compassion and asking questions already were answered five times. That is definitely not a job for that woman.!

The first operator made me want to pull my hair out
I spoke too soon there’s more than one 😐
Poor Chase Weber had a slight note of tension in his voice when he said “please hurry?” And the b*** says “ I am here trying to help you so you NEED to NOT yell at me!”

“HE JUST SHOT JANINE !
HE JUST SHOT JANINE!
HE JUST SHOT JANINE!
Now he’s down! He just shot himself! “
Operator: “Did he shoot her?”

❤They should give them mandatory three months sabbaticals, because these people get loopy as $@&;, and the first sign of confusion is irritability. The minute they start arguing with incoming calls, they should get pulled off the line that day.
I think her name was Lindsey. Not Janine. But also.., I agree. He did not yell at her. Holy smokes that operator was something else. 🤦♀️🥴🤷♀️

@@jessiejordan4894 Heh, guess I was loopy myself.
These dispatchers truly need to be fired. OMG they are nuts.
She sounded weird on the phone too. She def made some bad decisions. I feel so bad for the kids.
She probably thought a public place with their kids present would be safer
I am sorry that you lost your dad from cancer. I am glad you found your baby brother off Ancestry. Very heartbreaking 911 calls and the first dispatcher was very rude.
