Amanda kept telling her to tell the police to hurry bc the other two women were afraid to leave; if the kidnapper came home to find Amanda gone he would hurt/kill them. The operator did not know this. She had to prioritize problems called in for a large inner-city metro area that has very thin resources. From her perspective, the kidnapped person was now safe and so she was a lower priority, which is why she said she’d send a car when available. If Amanda had told the operator about the other victims, the priority would have gone up. By the sounds of it, I doubt Amanda felt she was able to say anything more before getting cut off. Feel like as a 911 operator you should have to be able to absorb and process information quickly, so like when someone says the people were in masks, do we really need to spend precious seconds defining what someone in a mask is?
Well considering this decade, I never know if they mean medical mask or like Halloween mask. So yes it kind of needs clarifying because if I was on the police I'd be looking for like a LazyMasquerade type mask, not one of the camoflaguable medical masks. I know mask = Covers face but...!
I have never heard an operator talk to a caller the way Amanda Berry’s operator did. They sounded like they were just “too busy.” I feel bad because i know being an operator is not an easy job and they are probably extremely overworked, but never have i seen an operator hang up like that on their caller, and just tell them to wait for police. usually they try to gain as much information as possible and keep the caller ON THE LINE UNTIL THE POLICE GET THERE. They don’t just go “okay cool bye, talk to the police when they get there”
The difference in the way the dispatchers/police from the US versus the UK(?) handle these situations is embarrassing and infuriating. And the ariel castro kidnappings still blows my mind everytime i hear the story. The dispatcher was pissing me off so bad with her nonchalant irritated attitude and i find it hard to believe that she never heard about amanda berry being missing over 10 years ob the news or through work or something. Even Amanda was like the fuck ive been on the fuckin news lmao
I always find it ridiculous when the caller says “someone’s dead,” or “I found a body,” or “there’s a shooting/stabbing,” literally anything that is violent or has implications of murder and the operators are TOTALLY SHOCKED after being previously rude or indifferent. Especially when they say “stop screaming I can’t hear you” or “calm down .” These operators are working in an EMERGENCY call center!! Like-what the hell do y’all think I would call for? A cat in a tree? NO!! It’s so odd-like they’re in utter disbelief, I feel like your training should prepare you for those types of calls, right? Lose the attitude & shock pls & get those cops & EMT’s going!!
@@kittikat2318When they are fresh out of training, they are ready for mass shooting calls. Months later after thousands of calls like, “I locked myself out”, “McDonald’s did not give me all my change”, “Can I dig in my yard?”, “I smell smoke”, “There is s strange car across the street”, “The neighbors are too loud”, et cetera, someone saying someone was murdered Is a shock. To us, every 911 call we hear on RUclips is a true emergency or something really silly. To them, the true emergencies are few and far between. If they received murder calls everyday, the world would be empty.
I live in Cleveland and thankfully they did tear that house down but the Ariel Castro thing was huge everywhere but especially for Cleveland it was just such a disgusting and disgraceful thing that happened here…those girls will never get over that
Even though the subjects are grim, I truly look forward to your uploads ! (Been rewatching some older videos to get me through lol) Thanks for the outstanding videos and information ! I ALWAYS learn something new!
it is quite grim however, I agree that the uploads are fantastic! I find it very educational. it really puts a spotlight on the real world of horrific situations that happen all too often, all the time. after some time listening to myself, I was really listening to an upload. it was just the beginning of the numerous calls that had me in tears. i thought to myself about how blind & naive i was prior to diving in the content of the real 911 calls. my first self-realization that it may get extremely uncomfortable & dark but there are multiple things that can be taken & learned from these uploads.
The aerial castro case operator should have stayed on phone she clearly knew how frightened the poor girl was and the hostages could have been killed had he found them . Hope the operator was dealt with.
Yea those operators on all the calls about Amanda Berry were all despicable. “Oh you’ve been kidnapped for 10 years, escaped, & what? You want my help or something? Uh-huh.” …click… Are you kidding me? This girl is terrified & maybe the dispatchers don’t initially believe her or something-but that ain’t your job! Talk to her, calm her down, tell her to go wait somewhere away from the house, w/ a neighbor, whatever…but hang up on the poor girl? Who’s scared, confused, worried he’ll be back, doesn’t recognize her surroundings…I literally have no more words! It’s just shitty. 🤦♀️ 😡
The first 3 stories you've already told I remember them, but I don't mind hearing them again I sure it's hard to remember all the stories you've covered
Police found that last 911 call suspicious? 🙄 Yea, something about her calling out the 2 week old baby's name as if the baby would suddenly answer, What mom, I'm on the phone! 🙄 FFS On that call from the Mexican restaurant, that 2nd dispatcher was ticking me off. Like someone interrupted her lunch or soap operas. Granted he had a heavy accent but he wasn't that damn hard to understand. I know 911 dispatchers have a difficult job but if you are indifferent to people's pain, please don't do this job!! Take a lesson from the dispatcher that took the call about finding her own child dead. She didn't inject smart ass comments or ask questions that were not necessary. She understood that a mother just found her child deceased and how devastating of a moment that was.
The first story where the cop was dragged. How disgusting. They thought this was funny?? I hope their fate is far worse than that poor man. May he rest in peace and bless his family.
You should have blurred out the postcode and house name for story #1. Anyone can easily find their address by just putting in that postcode. Anyway I'm so glad you cover 999 calls. You're the only RUclipsr I have found over the years who covers them. Wish you all the best brother. 🙏
I'm so confused about the woman that found her son dead. How did she get a call notifying her that her son was involved in a shooting if the police hadn't even arrived on the scene yet? How would anyone know unless they were involved or witnessed it?
The music in these videos haunts my dreams…but in a tolerable way 🫣 There is just something so significant and perfect about it when listening to the vids.

Zahras life was such a struggle, so sad that no one at the school or the neighbors did anything for her when they saw/heard so much. I remember the story of her hiding as soon as she was told the adults in her life were picking her up soon. Absolutely heart breaking. Adam makes me sick knowing what he did and her missing 15 days before placing the call... worthless, absolutely worthless. 18 years for what she did to this poor girl, 10 for dope... sounds about right.
32:12 Just before the phone cuts off you can hear the operator say, in typical fashion, ‘Got Damn!’ Because she can’t control her ignorance. What a waste that operator is.
I've heard the Amanda Berry call many times. I never understand why the 911 dispatcher tells Amanda... OK, talk to the police when they get there. As soon as there's a car open, we'll get a car over to you. You're not the first caller in line, Amanda. Stop feeling like you're SOOO abnoxiously important. I don't care that you were kidnapped for 10yrs. We all have hard lives, Amanda. Buuu-Bye Felicia. Oops, I meant Buuu-Bye Amanda.

Just life innit? My mum would've told us stories, but she at least told me she saw people in court who did horrible horrible things and they just got a slap on t'wrist and let out like a lil' scamp. And yet no school shootings after Dunblane 30 years ago so I'm happy with the trade XD
@Roadent1241 It wasn't intended as an insult., the States didn't have those kinds of crimes like school shootings until it DID. It all starts somewhere at some point.. The US is 40 times LARGER than the UK so obviously there would be a higher crime rate. We actually have more guns than People here, it's crazy Too many guns in the hands of the wrong people forcing the good to also be armed for protection makes for a very scary situation. I feel bad because i know being an operator is not an easy job and they are probably extremely overworked, but never have i seen an operator hang up like that on their caller, and just tell them to wait for police. usually they try to gain as much information as possible and keep the caller ON THE LINE UNTIL THE POLICE GET THERE. They don’t just go “okay cool bye, talk to the police when they get there”
She’s calling for her two week old..like she could answer. 🤷🏻♀️
I was thinking the same thing.
Exactly. Even the young children in Australia are better in emergencies than us. They are clearly more educated and polite and it puts us to shame.
(Been rewatching some older videos to get me through lol)
Thanks for the outstanding videos and information ! I ALWAYS learn something new!
it is quite grim
however, I agree that the uploads are fantastic!
Love you're content! Thank you bringing the chills.
You sir are my one and Only goto when it comes to 911 calls❤ absolutely amazing work you do man, I appreciate everything you do!!!
Me to. I love his voice. It is amazing and soothing even tho he does 999 and 911 calls. 🎉
Another outstanding video my man. Ty for your time and research Godspeed to you and yours
I'm so happy to see you on a video and I don't know why! I finally know the face behind the voice, how awesome!
I'm near 100% sure the operator taking the Amanda Berry call says 'FFS!' just before it ends
Dudeeee. Been waiting for new 911 Calls! Thanks
Too bad they are just reuploads.
I'm glad you kept the "Bad Bye" sign off. Suits this channel so well.
The first 3 stories you've already told I remember them, but I don't mind hearing them again I sure it's hard to remember all the stories you've covered
Bro…. That man said you’re not gonna die so many times he made it happen. Terrifying but but kinda sweet. Determined stern reassurance lol
Police found that last 911 call suspicious? 🙄 Yea, something about her calling out the 2 week old baby's name as if the baby would suddenly answer, What mom, I'm on the phone! 🙄 FFS
On that call from the Mexican restaurant, that 2nd dispatcher was ticking me off.
Thank you. I always look forward to new content.❤
You should have blurred out the postcode and house name for story #1. Anyone can easily find their address by just putting in that postcode. Anyway I'm so glad you cover 999 calls. You're the only RUclipsr I have found over the years who covers them. Wish you all the best brother. 🙏
911*
@BloodVomit its 999 in other countries
999.
@@Lulu.Cthulhu no. 999 as I said. If you watch the first 3 or so stories you'll see they are from the UK where emergency is 999.
@@Lulu.CthulhuLord. Not everything is about Americans.
There ARE other emergency numbers out there.
The operator who took Amanda Berry's call should be fired. Police will come when a car is open?? Its difficult to fathom such insensitivity😡
Its insane how long it takes to get help in all these videos its scaring me
That first story is tragic.
Happens it’s part of what they sign up for those dudes obviously didn’t intend for that
I'm so confused about the woman that found her son dead. How did she get a call notifying her that her son was involved in a shooting if the police hadn't even arrived on the scene yet? How would anyone know unless they were involved or witnessed it?
I would assume a neighbour? It was a block of flats I understood so someone would've heard the shots?
Also I believe they said the door was left open so any neighbor could've seen
The music in these videos haunts my dreams…but in a tolerable way 🫣
There is just something so significant and perfect about it when listening to the vids.
Hey urmaker, ive been a sub since the beginning! Love the channel, and im a guge funko fan!! Can we get a funko collection tour??? Man i would love to see that?? Either way man, thanks for everything!!
Glad I found you again, you and Be.Busta were my 1st narrators I listened to almost 8 years ago!
If you recall, it was someone from the school who made the report.
Many ppl reported about Z being mistreated and disciplined unfairly, which is why CPS was there ALOT, and yet they failed to see the abuse.
Dispatchers that arent good with accents and dialects should be trained to do so. Very frustrating to see how inept some of them are.
21:00 “I’m gonna die”
“YOURE NOT GONNA DIE”
“I’m gonna die”
“YOURE NOT GONNA DIE” 😭
32:12 Just before the phone cuts off you can hear the operator say, in typical fashion, ‘Got Damn!’ Because she can’t control her ignorance. What a waste that operator is.
I need to know more about Todd and how he managed to put the pipe through the windshield and the other strange details of that case.
Thankyou! Luv ya gutz for posting these! I seriously am shocked at what goes on
Saddened would probably be the correct wording
I've heard the Amanda Berry call many times. I never understand why the 911 dispatcher tells Amanda... OK, talk to the police when they get there. As soon as there's a car open, we'll get a car over to you. You're not the first caller in line, Amanda. Stop feeling like you're SOOO abnoxiously important. I don't care that you were kidnapped for 10yrs. We all have hard lives, Amanda. Buuu-Bye Felicia. Oops, I meant Buuu-Bye Amanda.
What is the 'Bye Felicia' from? Who's this particular Felicia and why is she being mocked like 'at?
If you don't know what bye-felicia is from you're an uncultured swine.
@@Roadent1241it’s from the movie Friday. She’s the drug addicted sister of Ice Cube’s love interest. She would always come over begging for stuff. The main characters say that line to her after much annoyance. It’s a great movie lol
@@KristenDETW Ah, OK, thanks.
Anybody else thinking the operators can be a bit short and rude when the person calling is understandably hysterical?
I think they have to be to a degree to get all of the info correctly and dispatch effectively
Woo, nice long video to listen to while at work. Nice.
I'm sorry but who names their kid "Madog"?
Kinda says it all really doesn't it?
It’s Welsh.
It means “benevolent” (well-meaning and charitable)
Which is crazy ironic.
What is with the 911 operator? She asks the father "why did Jason shoot his wife?" Seriously, that's just stupid question. 😢
The one where the father called the cops on his son Jason. This has got to be an example of the worst police operator in history.
She is completely all over the place.
SO EXCITED 1 HOUR + VIDEO, WOO HOO!!
The first one. Bradfield isn’t in south end. It’s in Berkshire. I live 20 mins away. The trial was horrific. I knew someone who’s family was connected with one of the people involved.
Wow I’ve never been this early! I sure have missed these!
Your commentary on Ariel Castro was A+++
Only 18 years for abusing, torturing and murdering an innocent child!!?
10 years for a drug charge!!?
Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with the judicial system. When a life is only worth 8 more years, something is horribly wrong!!!
🙏💜. Thank you so much Urmaker.
The Amanda berri situation happened in my city .. I was not expecting you to cover it 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾that ishhh was crazy
Holy crap a face reveal?? I've been watching for a loooong time & always wondered what you look like lol
Her baby was 2 weeks old yet shes calling her by name like the baby will say "Im over here" give me a break. Its really messed up that she acts like shes crying one second and not bothered the next. Sick . These two are actually cousins too which is disgusting
If your father is around i recommend asking about your brother first before you bring someone into your life you could regret. I can tell you just because theres blood does not mean theyll do right by you. However I do absolutely hope for the best. I have 4 brothers and couldnt imagine life without them. ❤
Omg you look exactly right for your voice. Idk why. ❤ I might get my heritage for my husband since he’s adopted
I really do love your voice, besides the great content. Also, I have a question: Do you break just the tip off?
Ty for all the new videos
The first story was covered by I believe Mr Ballen's channel. I know the story was covered, I'm just not sure where I heard it. It's very interesting to hear the actual emergency services call. It adds so much more depth and feeling to these stories when we get to hear the 911/999/etc calls.
Yep mr ballen covered it.
Been on this channel too. All of these have. 🙄 He almost never has new content anymore.
@@meghanmonroeCompilations tend to be previously posted content in long form, genius. Don’t like it? Then leave 🙄
@@KristenDETW Nowhere in the title, description, or video intro does it warn that it's a compilation. My expectation for new material is a reasonable one, especially considering he used to have regular new content. No reason to get a tone.
Wow, I can't believe how soft the UK is on killers !!
Being one of the largest/richest countries in the world, with 40-50 million & growing population of immigrants it's getting way out of control for sure
@@jro9365 I didn't take it as an insult, it's the truth you're speaking XD
@@Roadent1241 😊
@Urmaker ....I'm so addicted to your channel....I'm currently watching this on my TV while leaving a comment on my phone...lol ... U sooooo do not look like you sound... Your voice is so soothing.... Your channel is 100% flipping amazing!!!! I can't help but click Everytime I see you on my feed.... Not obsessed...lol...just addicted.... Big fan.... Keep up the great work!!! 🤗❤️
? 13 years? That’s not even a disincentive. It’s a time out,
Interesting fact, the "Imperial Avenue" mentioned at 27:48 is the street where serial killer Anthony Sowell murdered 11 women in Cleveland, Ohio
Woooo! I am not disappointed by the face reveal, Urmaker!
I'm probably late to the party but I thought I'd compliment where a compliment is due.
Keep grinding. 🙏🏻
I remember when that Castro story broke. Jesus that was so horrific.
How sad a little girl lost both of parents in just a few minutes.
Some of these 911 dispatchers are amazing. Others shouldn’t be allowed to ever answer an emergency call. I couldn’t do the job so I’m not judging. But it does take a special kind of person
Love ,love, love your channel 😊 but so incredibly sad too , Espically the story at the end. RIP little baby girl 😇🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Regarding call 9 that is devastating. Finding your child is my worst nightmare. Did they look into who called the mother? The history of who the victims were is interesting but they are victims nonetheless
Love your videos! I love your voice, soothing😊😊
