If you want to be there for almost a entire task with slaughters, use the max def setup with baskets of strawberries in private instance, since items dropped dont disappear until 3 hours in instance, you can drop all your baskets beside u away from loot pile, sit there and kill and loot items whenever you need to refill hp pick up basket and eat... its cheaper than blood spells/sang staff both rune wise and entry cost

You could try using sceptre, I haven’t played with it much since it came out, but kraken is weak so it can work. Otherwise, most irons just kill the normal variants for the trident
would a mind shield be better since it has +9 magic defense instead of the books +8 magic attack & +5 prayer? Since I still get hit with an occasional 27 from the Kraken, so probably Mind Shield is BIS considering that the books +mag attack and +pray is nearly useless

Getting 87 slayer soon! Recommended to get a trident from cave kraken first, or just send the boss with a warped sceptre unitl I get trident?

Ideally fire surge with a tome of fire. Though trident is more dps if you have one

Unrelated question. How did you get your fps so high? I have the plug in enabled and ramped up but it's still stuck at 50fps
I know you said you have the plugin enabled, but make sure in GPU plugin you have "Unlock FPS" Checked, and FPS Target 144
