Ok it worked didn't have to take all the screws out but a simple unplug of the controller and thats it time to tackle the 2nd TV thanks a million..

Thank you I'm going to try taking the back off and remove mine too cause that's what my tv is doing just going on and off by itself constantly driving me crazy I have to keep it unplugged to stop it
