Got 3 Slime of Humanity , one in foil, 1 Cryptic Coil, Hedge Maze, Some of the Surveil Lands etc Happy with the set and fun mechanics. Alot of nice none rare and mythics cards. 🎉 Great job Wizard 🎉
Makes perfect sense to me. Include really powerful cards that are good in commander ,the most popular format, in the prerelease to entice new players to try limited. It really isn't hard to understand, "You can't use that one promo card." People are acting like it's the most confusing thing in the world, it isnt.

Man i can swear there were more rares and mythics in the old draft boosters than in this ones
I want to prepare me to collect the most cards i can for the next 2025 collection, what do you recommend to buy to try to complete all of one of the 3 expansions? Is ok buy for example 4 play boosters (36 packs) and 1 collector (12 packs)??? For example, if i wanna complete all main set (286 cards) and the rest like foil, lands ???
The sets are so big these days with so many variants it'll be really difficult to complete sets, your idea sounds like a solid plan to start but you'll definitely need to trade and buy singles to complete one.

I've played mtg since '95. This this the first set in 10 years I'm completely passing on. WoTC has become greedy, no longer respecting our money or our time. Thanks for the opening, but the cards are just one reason for this set being a hard pass for me.

True that, ad cards are ridiculous, the only thing that's gonna convince me to buy more product is a good pull, not a freakin' ad. But it's still kinda funny to get a card you can't play with in a PLAY booster :D

I think these kind of promos should be exclusive treatments, not exclusive cards. It's a card game, not a country club. Regardless, if I get Voja, I'm probably building it.
My friends and I like the art cards. Shouldn't you be getting upset more about the wasted advertising cards. As you said, we already bought the product.
How are you and other RUclipsrs getting your hands on these products before their official release date?
I own a WPN store, we open boxes to get singles in the cases to sell singles at prerelease events. We don't get them early enough actually, it's a nightmare trying to open a bunch of boxes, do a bunch of videos, and sort thousands of cards in a few days.
It's because Commander is really the only format that is making money for MTG! Completely understandable!!!! :( Hasbro has stuffed this game right up! :(
Yeah just make the promos a buy a box thing or box topper. Don't put them in pre-release kits and confuse the new players you are trying to get into the game
They are making such overpowered cards with terrible business decisions. Maybe they tanking MTG on purpose???

At my New phyrexia prerelease we were all given 6 packs bound by a rubber band, and a Sheoldred promo. We couldn’t use the promo for deck building back then but it seemed fair because it was the same for everyone and a powerful card. Is the no promo in prerelease deck a store rule or wizards rule?
Used to be a rule now you can use your prerelease promo In deck building but not the second non date stamped one if their is one.
