In this video, we will be having a walk around showing you all the Exterior Features of the all-new Mercedes Benz SL-Class in alpine grey metallic!
Affalterbach. The new Mercedes-AMG SL, the new edition of an icon, returns to its roots with a classic soft top and sporty character. At the same time, the luxurious roadster as a 2+2 seater is particularly suitable for everyday use and puts its power down on the road with all-wheel drive for the first time. High-tech components such as the AMG ACTIVE RIDE CONTROL suspension with active anti-roll stabilization, rear-axle steering, the optionally available AMG ceramic high-performance composite brake system, and the standard-fit DIGITAL LIGHT with projection function sharpen the sporty profile. In combination with the AMG 4.0-litre V8 bi-turbo engine, this results in a driving experience of the highest order. As a consistent Performance Luxury model, Mercedes-AMG in Affalterbach has developed the SL completely independently. Two models with AMG V8 engines will kick off the market launch.

It’s equipped with a 476 HP V8 cylinder engine which produces 700Nm of torque.
2021 Mercedes Benz SL-Class SL55 0-100 km/h (62mph) can be reached in 3.9 seconds!
The top speed VMAX is electronically limited to 295 km/h (183 mph)

They look great - 63 seems to be for younger individuals while the 55 seems to be for the more refined individuals and I adore the colour scheme... Love their personality traits - believe they're trying to find their way from the couple version. Just waiting to hear the sound😅

The Sl is an open-top car which will be driven mostly in summer with the top down. With this in mind, I am finding it hard to understand why it is that the majority of vehicles I've seen on sale come with black leather interior. Makes me wonder if the designers have ever driven an open-top car with black leather seats in summer!
Gorgeous! Love the elegant SL55 grey so much better! It totally stands out whereas the red SL63 just kinds of blends in with everything else IMO. The back seat is useless though.
The back seat actually has funtional space if your riding around with your pets or maybe want to throw a weekender duffle bag back there. Or ypur doing light shopping around wich is most likely. Or you had to throw the driver seat back for some sloppy sloppy. Then yes it has its uses. Better yet is the fact that this cabriolet 2 seater coupe actually has a trunk in the back that could still fit more. And the fact that this cabriolet has all those pretty illuminisense lights and has a drop top convertiple top. Means youll be driving around in a glowing light show and sparkling with that beautiful white paint. There for also an easy to park car. I had money to spare i would be driving this instead of a tacky corvette.

forget the SL look at that classic beauty in the back!!!
Not what you would ever expect to see in the rebirth of a legend like the SL. It does definitely grow on you but some homage should of been paid to the heritage of the SL of yesteryears though, starting with no tablets in the center console ever, please! Looks more like the replacement of AMG GT Roadster and not an SL and the rear end has a hint of a Porsche 911 cabriolet for some reason. Can't wait to see what the Maybach version will look like. Again, get rid of the damn tablet and also that steering wheel with those awkward buttons.

This car reminds me of the SL's that I fell in love with back in the early 2000's. It's a beautiful car. 😍 The only thing I'm puzzled by is the front of it looks a lot like the current Mustang. Not saying that's a bad thing! 😉😎

Iam a fan of Al things SL and this 55 may be the one I just want to drive and be comfortable and all, love the look and hope to fort into this one with comfort seats not race seats. Thank you for your input

The Slk R171 was a real sports car.
Patagonia red is way better ... Mercedes really needs to add more details to the square and recangle shaped light sections and try and recreage a princess cut structure that reflects and refracts the light under the led outline light that runs above the rectangle and square lights

Looks nice, but I'm not a fan of convertibles, folding hard top, maybe, but not soft tops.
Wondering if that soft top is insulated enough for our 115°F/46°C summer highs over here in southern Arizona. I had a 450 SL with the hard top that was.

So beautiful...been waiting for this! Looked at bmw 4 series cabrio as I need the extra 2 seats for family...but this just kills the bmw. Price 130k is substantially higher, but the look and build quality is justified by price from I can see.
