In this video, we will be having a walk around showing you all the Exterior Features of the all-new Mercedes Benz SL-Class in hyper blue metallic!
Affalterbach. The new Mercedes-AMG SL, the new edition of an icon, returns to its roots with a classic soft top and sporty character. At the same time, the luxurious roadster as a 2+2 seater is particularly suitable for everyday use and puts its power down on the road with all-wheel drive for the first time. High-tech components such as the AMG ACTIVE RIDE CONTROL suspension with active anti-roll stabilization, rear-axle steering, the optionally available AMG ceramic high-performance composite brake system, and the standard-fit DIGITAL LIGHT with projection function sharpen the sporty profile. In combination with the AMG 4.0-litre V8 bi-turbo engine, this results in a driving experience of the highest order. As a consistent Performance Luxury model, Mercedes-AMG in Affalterbach has developed the SL completely independently. Two models with AMG V8 engines will kick off the market launch.

It’s equipped with a 476 HP V8 cylinder engine which produces 700Nm of torque.
2021 Mercedes Benz SL-Class SL55 0-100 km/h (62mph) can be reached in 3.9 seconds!
The top speed VMAX is electronically limited to 295 km/h (183 mph)

I quickly take one in gray and one in yellow. Costs not much. From 2030, there will be no more gasoline engines. Daimler is already preparing for an electric future. Mercedes let it be known that the "Fame" engine family introduced in 2016 will probably be the last.

What was changed in that engine? It looks similar to the 4.0 in my 2020 GLC63, but it has a different cover over the cams.

More flat headlamps and front slightly tilting like older ones instead of opposite would make it much better! Ofcourse less front overhang but that is there for pedestrian safety and some other reasons!
