(how about, you pull this on my other videos too?)
I appreciate this, it feels nice to have a video that lines up with how i go about things. Especially one that mentions or references competetive as little as possible. I went about things the exact opposite of you in that i looked at builds first so that i could reduce the number of things i needed to test, and then as i had resources available (including time) i went back and tried new things. For instance i use haunt on my build which is by no means popular, but for those wanting to try something new, it feels really good and im very willing to sacrifice a main of stats to gain its effects. Meta isn't everything and emphasizing that does a world of good for the game. Optimal vuilds don't exist because play styles differ.
interesting approach to do it in reverse, but that implies that someone already made a similar build to what you will end up using for yourself and thus it basically requires someone already making that prototype build somehow and where would they look it up when they were the first person making it...?
what i try to say is that your idea is kinda fine, but still somewhat requires the other way around as well to even work.
meaning that whoever is the first to make a certain configuration, they have to go roughly by the way i explain in this video.
ps: i like haunt too, it's really useful and helps the team a lot if used effectively and with the right playstyle.
this really helped me to make gearsets for my different mains. thank you (think to take some rest, burnout is shit, trust me, hope you'll get well)
thanks mate, i will step it down a bit until i feel better.
btw i subbed you back, your music is great!
@@MazzinYT thank youu, i really appreciate
Incredibly well put together and thorough. You did a great job!)
for some reason this didn't show up in my notifications. as well as a few other posts from people.
idk why youtube keeps me from knowing about them...
This is an exceptionally good guide on abilities! Most guides on abilities are not really helpful. I also discovered that certain amounts and combinations of abilities behave differently than the numbers say or what you would expect, so empirically testing which abilities make a difference in gameplay is actually the best way to find the optimal ability set for a certain weapon.
thank you very much for the comment and the appreciation mate.
nice to hear that it is of any use, even when it's quite general and unspecific. but i tried to cover most of the long process of testing around until you feel good with your gear.
i think finding an actually personal mix is not everyones cup of tea and only a few people are dedicated enough to go through all of that themselves.
so i'm glad you like it, thanks again 🦑🐙
straight forward and well put tyty
im glad you like it, thanks for watching and the comment mate 🦑🐙💛
It's simple you actully play match, gain exp on your gear and when their level up, they gain one random bonus ! And voilà !
yeah pretty much^^
if only it was this easy...
@@MazzinYT I just like responding very straight to the title, sorry for the little joke x)
@@superfire2030 no worries, mate. i got the joke.
Good video, this will help lots
and your comment will help the algorithm, thanks mate :)
@@MazzinYT your welcome :D
RIP Mazzin
yeah, this project really killed me
@@MazzinYT It came out really well! I think it's fair to say the work was worth it.
@@hide02 i had to rush some parts and could also only render it in 1080p as opposed to my last guide, due to the effects and length.
Where did swim speed go
swam away lol
How to build gear, step one: last ditch effort
You’re welcome
i get the joke, but before you have a plan with it, you only wanna use LDE for testing ink efficiency stuff as i explained in the video.
also LDE is not even thaaat good since it forces you to play from behind, which can screw over a potentially better gameplan with your weapon kit.
keep that in mind when running LDE. (ink efficiency doesn't mean your gameplay is efficient...)
lde doesnt force u to play from behind it just makes it so that if the enemy reaches a score of 50 or less u get lots of benefits
also u should probably recommend people use utility subs and stealth jump@@MazzinYT
If this Video gets 333 Likes, i might be able to enjoy Splatoon again...
Haha, I just saw you in a game hehe :3, I was I ▽
@@brickwall873 yeah i think i added you in my friend list, thanks for showing by mate.
@@MazzinYT No problem, your videos are really well put together btw, they deserve more views!
@@brickwall873 thanks. feel free to share them around :D
as the idiot i am i’ll have you know the plural of octopus is octopodes
there is actually several ways to say it octopi and octopuses are valid
@@Ray4211. lol don't worry, i know my cephalopods and their plurals, but nice try^^
i believe octopi is rather a made up plural that got accepted over time, but is technically wrong. i just chose octopusses because it is the most consistent with the plural "s" attachment, or "es" in that case. you wouldn't say squidi either haha
anyway, thanks for the contribution mate, i appreciate it.
