I make this dish quite often but I have to say that I've never thought of adding parmesan cheese before. It's on my menu for Saturday night so I'm going to go with the parmesan and see if anybody notices. Also I use crushed black peppercorns as opposed to ground. Thanks for the hint about the cheese.
