Whenever I hear someone say "It's taken care of" with an italian accent, I immediately assume someone just got wacked.

Lmfao if I ever have dinner with Jerry, I'm using that. I'm gonna get famous for that reason alone, and then once I reach a certain height of fame, I'm gonna have my people reach out to his people, and invite him out to dinner, just so I can say "You know what? I think I'm gonna order soup, yeah, I'll save the meal for another time, I had a hotdog earlier I'm not that hungry".

Sebastian Maniscalco comes off very likable. Even though he has far more money than most anyone who comments, he's relatable and has that rare comedian's quality of being glad that he's hanging with Jerry and so you root for him...even though he already has far more money than you. :-)

This was so funny, now I have a new way of taking care of the bill. Usually I go to the bathroom and I catch the wait staff on the way to or from, and slip the card. But now I will call ahead, that is perfect.

I've done that multiple times. Not call ahead, but walk off to the bathroom or discreetly hand it to the server behind my back...and have them take care of it before the bill even comes to the table. Easier that way.
You solve it by ordering wine that matches the food.

I think Howard and Jerry have a 'love/hate' relationship. Jerry thinks Howard goes for "cheap" laughs, and Howard knows Jerry is too afraid to cut a fart on TMZ so he hides behind bullshit. Despite the fact that Jerry basically falls in the ass crack of comedy (too pretentious for kids, yet not edgy enough for adults, who've actually gotten laid), he still managed to make a fuck load of money... That's pretty fucking savage, even though his primary income doesn't come from stand-up.
I knew seinfeld was rich but I had no idea he was that kind of rich...over 900 million net worth. Howard stern is around 600 million. I think that's why he's inclined to let him pay... He's kinda in his league
